I wonder about communities that may be in walking distance to top rated schools and if there are actually any new homes in those areas! Castle Rock seems like it would be a good area to cover again! For me I like checking out New Construction/New/Upcoming developments in good school areas with lots of one stop shopping! I say tape a Camera to a hat and film a walking Vlog everywhere you go!!! Looking forward to the next one!

Is it convenient if your working at Denver International airport? How about affordable rental homes like townhomes apartments , existing house , is it easily available?
Hello! Wouldn’t say it convenient. It’s about a 30 minute drive on the toll road. And I don’t do rentals but you can look on apartments.com and Zillow also has rentals 🙂👍🏻
