I have the S9 FE, using Spen, tried the double tab to open notes window over the video, but I dont have the blue drop down bar at the top of the notes window.

Hello, how do you get the S pen to connect? Tablet is charged Air mode won't connect to the S pen. I've left it on the backofthe tablet for an hour it still won't connect?

It only loses its battery a little bit at night, but in normal use it almost never loses its charge (I watched a 2-hour movie on Netflix and the charge decreased only by 7%). It is a very good tablet for daily use and studying.

Yes you can easily do it with s pen,
You can save that picture , add to Samsung notes , write whatever you want with s pen , save it again as image or whatever format and send back . There are a lot other possibilities as well, like just save image , select edit option , select pen option , and write on image as well.
