    half tbs haldi powder
    5-6 pinch heeng
    1.5 tbs sugar
    less than half teaspoon ajwain
    2 tbs fresh coriander
    more than half glass water

    sekne ke liye tel

    4 medium size boiled potatoes
    3 tbs oil
    half teaspoon jeera
    1/4 teaspoon rai
    half teaspoon haldi powder
    1 hari mirch
    4-5 curry leaves
