Let's go to the extreme and make something sloppy! The trucks I am using in this video are built from kits. The kits are straight forward, and I was able to modify them with ease. Different tires, different motors - but all on 3s lipo! Very powerful trucks put into some sticky Alberta Mud for your viewing pleasure. I hope you enjoy!

I have always been interested in rc cars, particularly offroad or utility vehicles. However I have never known where to start. I was wondering if anyone here could help me out with some tips. Also, the fact that you got a skid loader for this made this an instant sub.

Next time you take a ROC412 out in the mud try waterproofing it... take the back cover off of the motor and put either silicone or urethane conformal coating on the sensor board and it shouldn't give you any problems

Oh hmm must've gotten water in by the sensor wire then sensorless motors like I said can't be hurt by mud as long as they're mostly a sealed can

edit: Also, cool little mud pit. I think it will be trully challenging once the water has had time to really soak into the dirt. Maybe after a week or two! Would be nice to see you revisit this pit after that time with the same trucks.

as a boy (14-15) i had a sort of a jeep type RC but it was bigger than what sparks has here and when i first took it outside i accidentally drowned it in a puddle so i had to scrap it R.I.P jeep RC

Medic. You are the reason that I bought an RC4WD Trail Finder 2 :) . I need your help, I am doing an overhaul series on it and my first obstacle is, whether I should fab up a wooden flatbed and attach mudflaps to it? Or keep the bed and have the option to put a topper and the other fun stuff. In terms of money, I think the wooden flatbed will prevent me from blowing my budget on "bed upgrades and accessories" :)

Realistically people use the electric motors in winches so they dont strip the planetary gears and typically dont drag a truck on the side of its body but actually flip it back over.

Just want to say I think it is so cool what you guys are doing I recently started watching think it's so cool and if you do you know mine I would like to share a story I have. it was the early 80s I was a young man I had my first remote control four-wheel drive with the big red flashlight sized battery it was awesome until the motor burned out what I did then makes the story interesting without asking I commandeered my dad's cordless drills and put the motors from the drills in the truck and I must tell you after I did that it was the baddest truck in the neighborhood do you not know if you can get away with anything like that nowadays but it was fun back then and I really think what y'all do now is really cool wish they would have had stuff like that back then where I was growing up I know I would have been there all of my friends would have thank you so much for sharing your videos me and my family enjoy watching them all

I was rooting for the Sawback! I remember when you got it and some of the wild balancing acts you've done with it. I've always thought it would be cool if instead of whooptie do's on one of the straightaways on a dirt track just have a long mud pit. Nothing crazy like you have here but a flat mud run. Now that would be a killer race to see!
