You’ll need to get the shackle conversion kit from American trucks and get rid of the tow hooks i did that to my ranger looks 100 percent better and especially on yours with the winch
howdy! The brakes ARE a bit mushy and soft. I have a 21 ranger fx4. I have easily become accustomed to it. I have a fox/deaver suspension with shrockworks skids and rock sliders, plus a camper shell. with this added weight I do feel it a tiny mushy. but there is total control and no feel of lacking stopping power. hope this helps. This is a great video to see how the hidden winch is. I reckon I will do the same.

Great video I was going to get a completely different bumper but now that I have seen this I’ll do this instead way nicer for an oem plus build 👌

Did it affected ground clearance?
How is the brakes compares to a car in stopping? Does the ranger have mushy brakes?
