I went to Japan on my own when I was 18 and it was super scary but such a safe country that I never once felt scared
I booked my flight to Japan last night and was about to cancel because I am so scared of going alone. But so glad i found your vlog, it definitely is giving me the courage to go though with it.
When are you going? I'm going for the 4th time in May but it will be my first time solo!

I visited Japan when I was 23 by myself and stayed there for 3 months, just wandering around. I'm impressed that you did so many quality things in such a short amount of time, good planning!

@@swisdom9117 yes I did! It was the greatest experience of my life. I was trying to go back in 2020 but corona stopped that. I have someone in Japan. So, I'm currently applying for a visa to stay with him for a few months
I know how hard it can be to do things on your own, it’s something that not a lot of people can truly understand. I still struggle with it being a solo traveller myself so I love finding people like you and I’m glad you popped up on my recommendations feed! I was in Japan, Nagoya, Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hakone, also spent a lot of time and money in shibuya. I loved it all. The subway and JR systems were amazing and confusing, but I loved the experience.
This brings me back! My family and I visited Japan when my brother lived over there. So much to see, so much amazing people and culture.

Japanese people are seriously the most friendly and helpful people in the world. No matter if they can speak English or not, they try their best to give you the information you need. I lived there for a year and still go back once every year. It’s addictive. The culture, the scenery of different seasons and of course the food!
I love seeing photos and videos from your solo travel adventures! You inspire me so much. I have actually travelled to New Zealand by myself after I finished high school but haven't done itagain since. I would love to see a video on how you plan your trips!

Charming and smart Allison really enjoy solo traveling. I regret not having traveled alone another world in my youth so very enviable. Japan in the cherry blossom season is particularly beautiful and you are fortunate. I love Hakone, mountain cherry trees covering the mountains are different beauty from SomeiYoshino. Hakone in autumn leaves is also beautiful.
