A question - when flying from the left hand seat is it possible to turn off the controls for the right seat in the aircraft? This aircraft and generally other LSAs?

Charles Bowman Good question..... no.... it is part of the passenger briefing...Keep your feet away from the rudder pedals and don’t restrict the stick!!!!!!!!

Think I’d probably prefer a Jabiru or Vashon.

I fly with Racine Sport Flyers who do training in 3 CTLSs along with a few other aircraft types. They have now accumulated over 5000 hours in the CTs. Their experience with the Rotax engines has been excellent according to the flight school owner. Great reliability and typically comfortably exceeding the recommended time between overhauls. What's not to like? I'm really enjoying flying the CT. I've got about 60 hours in it now.
It is a fun airplane to fly.
