Kolzi Making it 15 would help immensely. I’m currently playing a quest hunter deck and it includes masters call and surprisingly enough scavenging buzzard. I manage to complete the quest 95% of games and then filling up my hand again is no problem at all. It’s good fun and I’ve had decent success with it but I am thinking of putting in cult master instead of the buzzard.

I played kripp's quest Hunter, it's basically secret Hunter but with the quest thrown in. It's better to think of the quest as a Savage roar on demand and not as a value generator, unlike other quests. After finishing the quest you usually kill the opponent in a turn or two with Leroy hounds combo. I've been doing pretty well with the deck so far.

I'm 17-2 with Highlander hunter rn, I don't run siamat ATM but I do run rhino instead of Shaw, use the 6 Mana beast to make the rhino free. And you can use zul'jin swing turns to rush face with animal companion and 2 unleash the beast for lethal or tempo push it's so good
I'm currently looking at streams from Trump, Kibler, Thijs, Firebat, and Solem and Roffle for wild format and pretty much each single one of them has won at least one match thanks to Zephrys. This card is _the nuts_ .

The first game is a good example of what sets apart a good player and a bad player. I would've jumped the gun and played Explosive Trap way sooner, even though it's one of Hunter's few board clears against a deck that you need a board clear against. Knowing when to play the right secrets is the difference between winning and losing there.
He's too cool to be hated. Look at Zilliax, insanely good card but because he has cool flavor, art, and voicelines he isn't reviled. He also doesnt win the game immediately so I might be wrong.
I did think Zephrys would be good, sometimes even great. But was it worth to make an entire singleton deck only because of Zephrys? Yes. Zephrys I think far surpassed all of our predictions.

Been playing with making mummies in wild and it's def one of the better value decks. Using deathrattles and reborn with 1 of a few buffs for a bunch of big turn swings. Wins vs most decks but gets stomped unless perfectly drawing vs aggro. It may not be OP in standard but making mummies is gonna show up and shine in wild
Hunter quest needs to be buffed cause 20 minions is just too much. Just do either 10 or 15 Blizzard. Like we can just board wipe and it wouldn't matter if he get it from 10 creatures early
Thats why they changed all those arts. No sexy women or violence allowed in our pg progressive card game. (Ignore the shirtless men, one faction litteraly being based around demons and sacrifice, and much much more)
I’m honestly surprised they didn’t include the quests in Zephrys pool to draw from for turn 1-2, would’ve been more interesting than the card having favouritism for Brightwing and Tirion all the time and would be a great neutral legendary to have until you’re able to craft/get a pack with the quest you want.
you're not exactly going to complete them early without a dedicated deck, perhaps not even at all, and if you do you wont get much value out of them, with the exception being *maybe* raid the sky temple. if you play Zephrys on turn 2 and an empty board, i believe you get Animal companion, Wild growth and some other really good card to play on 3, all of those help you tons more than a quest you *might* finish on turn 15
@@brandaccountname9833 Ben brode said in an interview that they work on expansion theming and basic ideas about a year before they are released, with 8 months before they are already making desings and programming them in, considering they probably still have this system in place, i imagine that time wouldn't be too much of an issue with zephrys, but rather a logistical one, since every single time you release an expansion you'd have to go back and tell zephrys what new cards do, not only while its in standard but also once its in wild, that and i dont think it would be worth it since a big part of playing the card is having a rough idea of what you'd get, and when you have 800 cards in the game which is roughly what we have now, zephrys becomes a nightmare for everyone.

Kekle Kekle I’m not sure that all the quests specifically require a dedicated deck to complete without giving much returns. Corrupt the waters is a fairly easy one to complete and certainly would augment any shaman deck that isn’t solely focused on spells as would the Rogue quest since most will be running cards that generate spells from other classes. I’ll agree the Warlock quest is pretty useless without some dedicated Plot Twists and Warrior would struggle to complete theirs before playing the Doctor Boom hero card that is if they had enough weapons and that the Paladin’s one heavily relies on how many reborn cards they have. The Druid, Hunter and Priest Quests though are fairly easy to complete as well while being less restrictive than the others and the Priest’s in particular can be quite strong. Granted it might not be the best card to pick for every deck or game but I just thought it would be interesting for the neutral card to offer everyone easy access to the quests early on in the expansion if they don’t have them yet.

I prefer quest hunter over Singleton hunter. I find it’s a lot more fun and takes a lot more skill to play properly. However I made my secret hunter in wild to Singleton as it is better.
It is singleton hunter you just play secrets until you can grab zeph or bronn then crush them until you have zuljin to end the game. Vault hunter you gotta set up your combos and play cards in order to maintain board control while still having cards later on to win. Don't know what's so funny when it's true lol.
5:28 Is there ever a reason to trade off the whelps vs Leeroy instead of just killing the murloc with one, then setting up both traps, and play Lifedrinker? (8 mana spent, Opponent starts turn at 7 HP) Like how can he be punished? Murloc paladin has no way to give Leeroy HP to survive the explosive trap, Pressure Plate has a chance of killing the charging murloc when it's played, in the event the paladin plays Tip followed by Seer to give it HP, and even if the murloc paladin tries to trade leeroy and token into the rat and a whelp, he's still dead to the rest of Trump's board, or hell, just a couple hero powers, since the opponent would have been at 5 HP after the explosive trap went off.
Secret keeper feels pointless in this deck. You're never going to have an early game with a single one drop anyway. On top of that there are hardly any secrets even with generation from the hunter pack. I would replace Secret Keeper with Leeroy for a better chance at something to charge face with.
I can't believe that they seriously came up with a quest to summon 20 minions, and as a reward you well get...+2 atk for 2 mana ONLY for minions on the table. To say, that this is lame, means to say nothing. In the same time everyone else gets something like play 4,5,6 cards/spells/turns with mana. Blizzards, wake up!
Lil Hodge you don’t have to use it immediately.. it’s gonna be viable for 1 year and 6 months !! That’s a lot of collectible potential so you can always play it in the future

Just depends on what card you replace it for and only seems useful for Zephyrs as you can immediately get him back unlike Brann but they may be worth it

Yeah, highlander decks have been a thing for a while now. There's a reason none of the top highlander decks ever ran any duplicates.On paper you have a good chance, but in reality it just never works out.
I've heard people say "put Quest in Bomb Hunter" and I thought it sounded like the dumbest shit thanks for confirming that for me Trump. If you play Quest at least build a deck properly around it. Also Highlander Hunter loses to Quest Paladin quite frequently. I don't think I've lost to Highlander Hunter with Quest Paladin. His deck list wasn't that good though. Prismatic Lens, Subdue, and Call to Adventure all suck in that deck.
That's like me when he showed Quest Druid beating Control Warrior and the comments were all like woah Quest Druid too op....and I'm like...I have lost to exactly 1 quest druid this entire expac and that game my last 3 cards in deck were both Brawls and Mad Genius....
Because when it was summoned it had the green border indicating it could attack (because of charge) then the border disappeared which meant it died at some point during the random spellcasts
Yeah, if you compare it to all the other random card generation from HS's history, you were really lucky if you got a good answer or even a perfect answer. This by default makes the perfect card. The outcome is always 100% positive for you, at the low cost of requiring a singleton deck in a meta where a couple of classes can easily make a quality singleton deck. People get pissed at the RNG and the high/lowrolls that can happen but Zephrys is always the highest roll you can get pretty much lol.
Tracking allows you to basically draw your good card earlier. Who wouldn't pay one extra mana to always get your better card from the deck a turn or two earlier? The discarded cards don't matter since hunters always finish the game before fatigue. It also has the added benefit of discarding bombs or potential early game trash(if you're in late game).
Trump: is this lethal?
Zephrys: yes
or Zephrys: Good question.

Unseal the Vault pairs well with Octosari. I have a similar list to "Sazeru" that focuses more on the quest. Only 5-4 but it's a fun deck

Ya just gotta keep the board cleared to prevent bloodlust lethal, not rely on taunts because of black knight, not try to stabilise with minions because of twisting nether, not play secrets because of secret removal and not have low health after a long game because of burst spell damage.

I prefer quest hunter over Singleton hunter. I find it’s a lot more fun and takes a lot more skill to play properly. However I made my secret hunter in wild to Singleton as it is better.

It is singleton hunter you just play secrets until you can grab zeph or bronn then crush them until you have zuljin to end the game. Vault hunter you gotta set up your combos and play cards in order to maintain board control while still having cards later on to win. Don't know what's so funny when it's true lol.

Like how can he be punished? Murloc paladin has no way to give Leeroy HP to survive the explosive trap, Pressure Plate has a chance of killing the charging murloc when it's played, in the event the paladin plays Tip followed by Seer to give it HP, and even if the murloc paladin tries to trade leeroy and token into the rat and a whelp, he's still dead to the rest of Trump's board, or hell, just a couple hero powers, since the opponent would have been at 5 HP after the explosive trap went off.

Secret keeper feels pointless in this deck. You're never going to have an early game with a single one drop anyway. On top of that there are hardly any secrets even with generation from the hunter pack. I would replace Secret Keeper with Leeroy for a better chance at something to charge face with.

I can't believe that they seriously came up with a quest to summon 20 minions, and as a reward you well get...+2 atk for 2 mana ONLY for minions on the table. To say, that this is lame, means to say nothing.
In the same time everyone else gets something like play 4,5,6 cards/spells/turns with mana.

Just depends on what card you replace it for and only seems useful for Zephyrs as you can immediately get him back unlike Brann but they may be worth it

How? I climbed from rank 5 to 1 easily with a list similar to this. But after missing bran lethal in first 2 games i cut the second hyena
@@rodjonajjaci6293 idk man.. 9 mirror matches all with bad draws from me and fantastic from opponents, and the other 3 games were merloc paly who all did tip the scales on turn 4 (they coined it on turn 3) and I lost instantly.
Never made it to turn 10 once

Yeah, highlander decks have been a thing for a while now. There's a reason none of the top highlander decks ever ran any duplicates.On paper you have a good chance, but in reality it just never works out.

I've heard people say "put Quest in Bomb Hunter" and I thought it sounded like the dumbest shit thanks for confirming that for me Trump.
If you play Quest at least build a deck properly around it. Also Highlander Hunter loses to Quest Paladin quite frequently. I don't think I've lost to Highlander Hunter with Quest Paladin. His deck list wasn't that good though. Prismatic Lens, Subdue, and Call to Adventure all suck in that deck.
That's like me when he showed Quest Druid beating Control Warrior and the comments were all like woah Quest Druid too op....and I'm like...I have lost to exactly 1 quest druid this entire expac and that game my last 3 cards in deck were both Brawls and Mad Genius....

Because when it was summoned it had the green border indicating it could attack (because of charge) then the border disappeared which meant it died at some point during the random spellcasts

Yeah, if you compare it to all the other random card generation from HS's history, you were really lucky if you got a good answer or even a perfect answer. This by default makes the perfect card. The outcome is always 100% positive for you, at the low cost of requiring a singleton deck in a meta where a couple of classes can easily make a quality singleton deck.
People get pissed at the RNG and the high/lowrolls that can happen but Zephrys is always the highest roll you can get pretty much lol.

Its not 1 mana draw a card. Is one mana TUTOR a card. and thats op. The discarding card only ever matter when you age going to fatigue.
Tracking allows you to basically draw your good card earlier. Who wouldn't pay one extra mana to always get your better card from the deck a turn or two earlier? The discarded cards don't matter since hunters always finish the game before fatigue. It also has the added benefit of discarding bombs or potential early game trash(if you're in late game).
