Thanks for watching. I just posted a one year follow up review video on this sprayer the other day. Check it out. Hint ... I still really like this sprayer.
Great video, I get mind on Tuesday so want or saying you spread your 6 acres on 1 1/2 gallons of product with 25 gallons of water. And your speed 4 to 5 miles an hour.
In the instructions there is an application guide. For my use, if I run a broad leaf herbicide on my lawn, I find that I can run about 4 to 4 1/2 acres on a 25 gallon tank at about 5 to 6 MPH with the appropriate amount of product per acre in the mix. I spray about 6 acres total if I do my roadside grass, so I generally mix up a partial second tank. It works nice.
Not "as is" out of the box. But a shutoff valve could easily be added to each end of the center bar in the flex lines. This would allow you to shut off the end booms when folded up and spray just off of the middle bar. Great idea actually! I might try this modification this summer.
I can do that. I will be spraying my lawn in a couple of weeks and can do a brief video. The thing has been solid but a couple of things to share for sure about quirks.
So what I found out is that the 90 degree fitting that is likely leaking is adjustable. If you take it off and lookup in there, you will see a hex head profile. You can take a large allen wrench and tighten it up. I called FIMCO and they said that these are supposed to be tightened down at the factory, but sometimes they get missed. It is a very easy fix to be honest. To their credit, they sent me a new one just in case and told me if nothing else to throw it in a drawer and keep it should I ever break one. Hope that helps you. It really is a good sprayer. Their tech support group were great ... but call them first thing in the morning so you avoid getting stuck on hold.
Great video man! Thanks for taking the time to upload

Can you close the boom nozzles fold the boom arms in and still spray just the with of your 4 wheeler trails ?

@@cobiewilson974 I will do a follow-up soon so you can see a few things I learned. Nothing bad to say, just a few tips with it. I really like it.
Posting an update in the next 24 hours or so.
Just bought a fimco 25 gallon boom less atv sprayer today. $400!!!! The hand sprayer manifold valve also leaks out of the box. Disappointing.
Do you think there is a way to fix the plastic manifold? Guess I’ll have to call them and ask for another.
