Bleach (OP) - Harukaze [Synthesia]

I was having trouble picking the next anime song to cover, but someone in the Discord suggested a Bleach song. After listening to each OP and ED I selected Harukaze, OP 15. I've never watched Bleach so I have no idea what's happening in the story when this opening plays. I changed up the song structure a little bit, mainly because I find the first 8 bars really boring.
There are also some really weird static noises that appeared when I rendered the audio. It's not from audio clipping, and I've tried changing the audio levels, VST, and EQ and it hasn't gone away. If anyone has some suggestions on how to prevent that in the future, I'd appreciate it.
