My friends & I used to have Dynasty parties every Wednesday at 8:00 pm. I never missed one. It was the highlight of our week. I sure miss those days... Champaign & Dynasty night. Everybody was glued to that show.
My mother loved this show. I remember her saying to me how she went into labor with me watching Dynasty! I’ll never forget it. And no wonder she loved this show so much: it’s the damn catfights!

Someday when the history of the eighties is written they will mention that for about 3 or 4 yrs Joan Collins character of Alexis was the most talked about villain on T.V. She was so good at playing Alexis that people would be angry at her on the streets of London, apparently confusing her with her T.V. role. In real life Joan was a friendly person, but her sister Jackie Collins the author did not have a very warm personality, some of her assistants and housekeepers did not have nice things to say about Jackie when they left her employment...lol.
There was one a few years ago called El calor de la pasion (The color of passion) where in the 5th episode there was a scene very similar to that in original Dynasty's series finale.
Great compilation of fight scenes, but going to the trouble of bleeping out the word 'bitch'? why? it was only used a couple of times, and there is far worse language on youtube, let the scenes play umtampered with.

Linda Evans never used a stunt girl for any of her catfight scenes. She thoroughly enjoyed these brawls. Not only did she fight brilliantly, Linda's facial expressions showed what a superb actress she was in this genre.
I just realized in the new Dynasty they paid homage to this scene. In the new one Fallon wore the same color dress as Krystle and I think the new Alexis wore something similar to this Alexis.
It's too bad today in 2023 no one can say the things Alexis and Krystal says ( even when what you say is true about the other person) or fights like they do today because today you just can't the person will slue for slander (in their mind even if it's true) or the person one has the fight with will sue and use the physical attack as a way to get YOUR money. So it's not worth it. But back then I guess no one was suing they just fought and moved on LOL
