We are back building some more tiny homes today, this time I build a modern micro townhouse in the world of Newcrest!

I would love to see you do James Turner's tiny house challenge. It's also on his website and it also comes with a checkbox like you did last week. I just use his challenges every time I get stuck or I don't know what to build. And he's like one of the only simmers that I watch on a regular basis that loves tiny houses and created a whole tiny house challenge That's fantastic

I actually used to do homework in the bathroom when I was in high school... only place I could get peace! I would just pull up the hamper and forget the outside =)
This is lovely! I really wish we could have actual residential lots that were able to be tiny homes as well
you do a good job of building modern without making it boring, I see so many "modern" builds even in real life that are just basic white boxes with no character, they look cold and unlived in, void of colour and personality

I don't know if I've ever commented before but I LOVED this so much! The chairs sort of remind me of Hyacinth Bucket (bouquet!) And would LOVE if you could recreate her house! Anyway I'm really enjoying this series and can't wait to see more ❤❤

26:51 omg yessss I feel the same about these types of windows not having snap points… there’s another one in a more traditional style that I always want to stuff with plants and stuff but doing it manually sometimes makes the game remove it when I restart it again later so I’ve been a bit more hesitant to put stuff in there 😂

Must be some kind of record for on screen bathroom planning! 😆 Love this build as I've been watching content about Japan's micro apartments and this fits in perfectly... but like way more classy.
The front garden area of these micro homes are larger than the garden I had in my first house when I moved to West Yorkshire in 2014! 😅It was what is commonly referred to as a "postage stamp" garden because it was so small! great build, Aden! Love it.

This is pretty amazing! Playing with tiny living is one of my absolute faves, and after I got my hands on eco lifestyle and cottage living, I'm in freaking heaven. My one critique of tiny living is that the furniture is UGLY! Unpopular opinion but I LOVE the murphy bed, but they really missed an opportunity to make a smaller one, or a loft looking bed (kinda like a bunk bed with a double on the top i guess? One suggestion with your top floor is that you could swap the orientation of the glass door around so that it opens on the same time that you exit the ladder, which would essentially make the other tile a window and you could put something there! I also really hope that they can code tiny home residentials into the rental lots one day but I imagine it's quite the task

Going to download these and turn them into a small elderly residential. Love the idea of matching the colours with the fashion of the elderly folk that live there, may a few cats and dogs as well. Maybe even have a little gilf on gilf romance ❤😂🤣 (that’s the story yes it is x)!
Fitting in with the tiny theme, I would absolutely adore it if you'd build a British style gatehouse/gatekeepers lodge!! So not the houses with the arches and gates themselves but the tiny cottages you see at stately homes n such x especially with cc I know you'd create something so so special x (sorry if I've already commented this somewhere I can't remember 😅)

I know this is after the fact, but you can do 16 tiles on the top and bottom levels, and then move the top level forward one tile, that way you can have a small balcony and an overhang for the front. Or you can keep the top level at 12 tiles, and make a balcony with a platform, That way you can have stairs on the inside. This would also work with the Spanish Revival and Greek styles. You could also go dark and modern. I still like your build. Come to think of it, this would be a good challenge, then you can take some of the best or worst builds and do a Design me Devin. Here is another idea, I thought of this when you showed the snap point on the fence, why not put outside lighting along the fence just above the hedging, at 3 or 4 spaces apart, for decorative and security purposes.

I would have squeezed in that single-tile desk/carrel (I can't think of its name at the moment) to the left of the armoire and placed a computer on it.

Actually your idea of the wall mail box could of worked at the front but instead of the low fence joining the two side you could of used the same wooden awning that you used in the back yard across the top and in white, might of worked?
