For tip #1, please remember that if your interest is autistic, they might not make much eye contact. It's not that we dislike you, eye contact can be physically painful for us at times. For me personally, eye contact with people I like actually hurts my neck.

Sooooo, my story...hmm. Okay I've seen this guy regularly in my home town for the past couple of years, and I've finally started talking to him a couple weeks ago. He's really chill, realistic, straightforward, handsome but firm when in depth about topics he likes which can sometimes lead to awkward silence. Anyway, today he asked me if I liked him and I playfully ("seductively") said "idk", he laughed and then told me (I quote) "since you don't know ill tell you that I like you a lot, its gotten to the point where I find myself thinking of you and smiling"...OMGGGGGGGG!!!! This is especially difficult for me because I'm Autistic so eye contact was always something I avoided. I'm learning how to make eye contact in casual conversation but whenever I liked someone I would always turn away from them the second they looked back at me. I didn't know I should let my eye contact linger until now.

i think i read somewhere it kinda matters where you look during a conversation. if you look at their forehead while conversing, you'll seem slightly more dominant and threatening. when you look at their lips, you seem less threatening and more loveable.

I’ve been dating this girl for three months now and we hit it off really well at first. She was super loving and affectionate and I just fell in love with the way that she looked at me.

Just a side note to cap off the video. Make sure to obviously be honest about yourself when you have romantic interest in someone. Don’t go so far out of the way with these tips that you would grow out of character or into someone that isn’t you. If they are attracted to the “you” you created and not the real you, then the relationship will likely not last and they will only like the idealized you, which is unhealthy.
