Your channel is gonna blow up man. You are doing some great things. Do you have a video like this of how you mix your heavy guitars? I would love to see that man. I need help making my heavy guitars sound awesome like yours. They don't sound bad but they def don't sound huge like yours.
The algorithm gets crazy on my feed, yesterday I had a video from Sonic Drive Studio, now your's coming right on time :). Don't have the plugins you do, but I think reaper has some of it included Let's make those drums loud ! Thanks a lot for that dude :) And as you asked, if you want my opinion ; this looks great as a tutorial. You can't of course detail aaaall of the process, otherwise the video would last one hour or more maybe, but overall I feel like it's pretty well synthesized, yet with cool details ! I'll try it out as I can with similar plugins I can get ;) The more the merrier, they say, but as you told, you tried to keep this as simple as you can, and in the end, your mix sounds like a monster truck. I honnestly like it a lot ! I think you can do more videos like that, if you will and want to share your approach of mixing (which I am currently trying to learn). I think you're pretty good with teaching your community, and that this video is going to help a lot of people ;)
@@dravennoireI think it's a good try :) for sure, but ideally here it depicts a good example of what happens in a mix when you adjust some settings, and it's already really cool :)
@@dravennoire I feel like trying to keep on showing how you did mix this one could be a good idea (with the guitar and bass mix, and other stuff you want to show) + I think it's the point where we all want to go ; getting loudness in bass and drums + the right balance with our guitar tones :) Thank you for being attentive to comments :) it's awesome !
Awesome video man 🤘Working on a midi programming video this week myself and cool to see we use some similar techniques. I always like how your drums sound super huge. Keep up the awesome videos man 🔥

Appreciate you taking the time to sit down and walk us through your process.
Also, commenting for the algorithm.

Glad you enjoyed the video! I really want to try and make a full mix video with all free plug-ins but it’ll just take a lil bit

Thank you! Let me know what mixing stuff you’d like me to cover next!
