Literally Ryan's description of Crohns disease is exactly right. Unpredictable is how mine is. I can be absolutely fine one moment, the next minute i can be rolling around in agony for days, and vomiting. I'm so thankful for living in the UK as treatment is free on the NHS, so i haven't got the worry that so many have. Thanks for thid video.
Thanks for saying that there’s no way of knowing what we can and cannot eat. It changes all the time. I don’t know if things are different for colitis patients than it is for Crohn’s. I can handle small amounts of nuts, raisins, and popcorn. Quantity of the key. Some people can’t handle Mary and others cannot. Some people can handle meat and beans. Some fruits and vegetables will work for some people in they are horrible for others.

Great film! I love the little chat session at the end
I love this! It explains things without being gloomy or over the top medical terms.
Nine years old and told I had UC. Weighted less than 50 lbs. Later diagnosed with Crohn's. Three ileostomies. Not a fun way to live.
