Thank you, Jessica, for this video!!! My baby was in a transverse position at 35 weeks, and I was feeling anxious and worried. I practiced the techniques every single day until delivery. During my last scan, they confirmed that the baby had moved into the proper position. I am deeply grateful for this video-it not only helped with baby positioning but also calmed my mind and prepared me for birth. I will definitely recommend this video to everyone to practice during pregnancy.❤
Thank you Ms. Jessica Since 34 weeks when it was confirmed that my baby is breech, doing these yoga and repeated 3 times a day, pray and talking with the baby. today 36 w confirmed that the baby is already in normal position. ❤️🙏 For every mother, don't give up, i hope your baby back in the normal position
thank you for sharing this!!! im 35 weeks and i have been doing ALL the things recommended (spinning babies) amongst stretching and prenatal chiro care and he just hasnt found his way yet.. idk if its my body or what :( but really hoping he turns!
Jessica, you wizard! My baby was transverse (around 31 weeks) until I did this video and I felt her turn *that night.* The ultrasound just confirmed that she is now head down. It almost feels unbelievable, but it totally worked!!
Postpartum mama here! I did all her exercises, plus 20 minutes of curb walking during the last week of my pregnancy, and I had a normal delivery. I started these exercises at 36 weeks, so if you're starting late, don’t worry-just do your best! Most importantly, stay relaxed! Wishing you all the best if you're reading this. 😊
Thank you for your video. My baby turned into transverse position at 36 weeks. At 37 weeks doctors tried ECV to turn him around but he would go back to transverse. I have been doing your yoga exercises ever since and the baby turned himself head down at around 38 weeks. Definitely worth practising if your baby is not in ideal position! x
Seriously needed to hear this. I hope my little guy turns. I'm 36 and half weeks and he is breech. I'm trying everything I can everyday to help him make the move. You give me hope. Thank you
@@amoulamuggy8076 you know what? He certainly did not. He stayed in his favorite little position a week past his due date. Totally was going to vaginally breech birth him, and did C-section (which terrified me) right at the last minute. Little dude came out perfect though. He just didn't want to turn upside down I guess. Can't blame him.
Jessica… I don‘t know how I can thank you enough. I am a working mother of 11 yr old, running short on time, didn’t have a chance to attend any prenatal yoga classes. I simply just followed your video specially this one from week 34, kept myself active with a daily 2 hrs walk and finally my breech baby turned and I had him via normal delivery..!!! You are a magician..!! ❤
Thanks so much for this. I found out baby was posterior at 38 weeks..I did this video every day sometimes twice a day along with crawling 15 mins a day ,sleeping on my left side with right leg at 90 degrees and left leg straight. I found out at 39 weeks baby is now posterior,my midwife said he's in the perfect position for birth and to keep doing what I'm doing. He will be making his arrival in a few days. I'm so excited 😊
Thanks a ton Jessica! I was in my 38th week of pregnancy when the doctor told me that the baby is in a transverse position. I was so worried, i came across your video and practiced the same asanas just for a day and the baby turned into a cephalic position. You are like a magician for me and my baby. God bless you. 😘
Thank you so much for this video! I did it the night before my ECV and got baby to flip. What a relief! I’m 36 weeks and have been doing your videos almost daily since I found out I was pregnant. Thanks for being on the journey with me and helping me prepare.
Thank you for your awesome videos! My baby was confirmed breech by my OB at 35 weeks. I began doing this video and some of your other prenatal yoga videos at that time. At week 36, my baby was confirmed head down by an ultrasound. I also took the homeopathic pulsatilla and began sleeping on my left side with my opposite leg bent and supported on a pillow, almost laying on belly. This position creates a hammock for baby. Baby flipped during the night and I could tell a difference when I woke up in the morning. Thank you for your dedication to helping mama’s and their babies! ❤
Hi started doing this routine every other day when my baby was transverse at 34 weeks. Today at my 36 week apt baby is head down.🎉Thank you for this routine- so relaxing, feels good and works!
This video was great. During my 25 weeks and 28 weeks appointments I was told my baby was breeched both times. After the 28 week appointment I ran into this video and did it several times during the next two weeks. During my 30 week appointment my baby was now head down.
I did your late pregnancy yoga videos, including the engaging baby's head and inducing labor, almost daily for the 6 weeks leading up to my birth and had such a quick labor! About 5.5 hours which for a first baby I definitely didn't expect. I'm sure all of the work to get him in the right position must have helped, along with the relaxation and positive mantras. Thanks for making these videos!
ahhhh!!! Huge congratulations! I just watching your birth video and so happy for you! I hope you are recovering well and of course you look so in love with baby Felix! xo
Im 34 weeks pregnant now. My baby still in breech. Im so worried. But your video keeps me motivated. Hopefully baby will be in right position whrn the time comes. Thank you so much for your great service. God bless you.
38 weeks and 7 days with my third pregnancy doing this yoga class! Perfect for preparing for my unmedicated labor. Baby is in a slightly oblique position. My midwife was not concerned and thought baby would engage properly when it’s time for labor, but I know doing these exercises will prepare my body and make it easier for baby to move. Thank you for your awesome channel - I’ve done numerous classes of yours throughout my pregnancy.
I’ve read positive comments. I’m now at my 38 weeks and 3 days, my baby still on breech position i was scheduled for CS but still having strong faith to Jesus Christ that miracle will happen. Praying for the best 🙏i know to Him nothing is impossible Luke 1:37
Amen yes in Jesus name I’m praying this for my baby girl I am 38 weeks on Tuesday and praying she moves to her rifle position because I definitely don’t want a c section lord turn her father in Jesus name 🩸🙏🏼✝️👑
Back again 2 years after giving birth to my first baby, 30 weeks pregnant with my 2nd! Your videos helped me so much prepare for birth, my labor was so short & I was able to surrender to the process, no tearing at all. Thank you thank you so much. Hoping for another easy delivery.
Did this video once and I swear my breech baby is now head down. Felt him turn while in bed that night. I will continue this routine since I'm 28 weeks and want to keep him there. Thank you for your videos! I'm a first time mom and have always enjoyed yoga but doing at home with you has been so enjoyable!
Thank you Jessica! I am in week 39 and doing your videos every single day and I feel amazing....I have extra energy and no pain and no pain. Hope I get to have an easy natural birth....
IT WORKS!!! Had ultrasound at 31 weeks and was told at 34 weeks that baby was in breech position. I came home and looked up ways to turn baby head down and ran across this video as one of my first videos. I read some of the comments and it gave me so much hope. I tried it and at 35 weeks I was told baby was no head down again. Wonderful video!!! I recommend it!!! I did most of the exercises to the extent that I can. I did not over do anything that was too hard for me or was making me feel like I was stretching way too much. And it still worked. I cannot thank you enough!!!! ❤
How often do you do it? Did your baby kept in cephalic position or changed position? I am 34 weeks and my doctor told me if baby did not turn head down by 36 weeks we will discuss plan for C-section!
Currently 29 weeks pregnant with twins and I’ve been doing this routine almost daily for a while. It’s gentle, but still makes me feel so good. And I’m happy to say at my 25-26 week checkup, both babies were head down for the first time 😱😃 This pregnancy has been SO different, but these positions are something I can definitely see myself sustaining throughout the whole pregnancy!
32 weeks with twins as well and I’m hoping to get both my babies head down by the time my body is ready to deliver. So far I’ve been enjoying this video.
Thank you so much Jessica, I did your yoga videos through my second pregnancy and had a smooth labor that was 10 times faster then my first (posterior position). My second baby was breech at 31 weeks and the posterior at 39 weeks but turned into optimal position the day I went into labor. I did this video the most and it helped me so much!! infinite gratitude!
Dear Jessica, Thank you so much, my baby was transverse and after doing this video and your "how to turn your baby instantly" video I felt it turn right afterwards. And hey presto at my check-up the baby was in birth position! My gynaecologist here in Germany wants to see your video too :-) All your videos, from back pain to your yoga session for all trimesters have been a real inspiration, not only physically, but also for maintaining a positive and calm attitude - thank you for sharing your wisdom!
Am sooo happy thanks very much my baby keeps moving from breech to transverse at 33weeks my baby was in a transverse position saw your video and did it and my baby turn head down that same day thank U very much am grateful
Thanks...Success story...My baby has been transverse since 32 weeks....last sonography done on 36 week baby was transverse then i search TH-cam for how to encourage baby to head down...today 37 weeks 5days baby has turned head down..... With the affirmation therapy i used to do music therapy and these exercises 3times a day and breathing exercise... Also prayed to mahadev and durga maa.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Jai mahakal.. jai matadi..
This is my favorite video! And one I continue to come back to. I’m 34 weeks , but have been doing this video about 3 times a week or more since 30 weeks and baby is confirmed head down!
Thank you very much for your amazing videos, Jessica! First, I had sciatica but after doing your classes, it released after about 6 days. Then, my baby was head down until week 36 when she turned to breech…I have been doing your classes to turn the baby back to head down for the last 4 days and am nearly 37 weeks now…I’m hopeful that my baby will turn naturally in good time for a natural delivery…
Did your baby turn... I'm currently 37weeks. I've been doing inversions, chiropractic, acupuncture and relaxation 😅. I have a scheduled ECV next week but hoping baby will cooperate before
Absolutely LOVED this one! I was having a fear of having a breech baby, and this video helped put my mind at ease. While I may not have the final say in how baby wants to come out, I can give baby gentle options to get in the best position to find the exit!
Thank you so much I can’t tell how happy I’m my baby was breech at 32 weeks and i was so worried but after your excerise and prayers my baby is head down now I confirm that today I’m so relieved 34 weeks 4 days I can’t wait to see my rainbow 🌈 baby 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
I am so thankful for your workouts! I have been doing them since the first trimester (even through nausea and vomiting) and have no aches and pains at 30 weeks. I love the pace of this video and would love more third trimester workouts like this!
Iam not good in English , but i want to say thank you so much ❤ This really helped me , my baby was occiput transverse position and i did this exercise for one week .. After that ,the doctor told me that the baby is in cephalic position and got anormal delivery❤
In 32 weeks i found this video and that time my baby in tranverse position.keep doing this and now i'm 35weeks and I'' so thankful because my baby head turn down now.Thank Jessica.will keep going follow your yoga video
This was challenging for me! Im 36 weeks pregnant. I used to be more active before my pregnancy and im so surprised how much strength Ive lost not because active this whole pregnancy! Can’t wait to give birth so i can be active again!
I have been so achy and in pain, hips, groin area, legs, calves, and looked this up and thought why not, I am also 34 weeks and baby is breech so I'm trying to get him in the right position asap, so I did most of this video just now a couple I couldn't do because it made my hip cramp but I did what I could, and I feel kinda good right now like it really stretched my body out I needed this, I will continue every day and hopefully get my little man head down pray for me he does it soon I am a nervous wreck ❤
Thank you so much, Jessica! I found that my baby was breech at 32 wks. I started doing these exercises once a day. At 36 wks, my baby flipped to head down position :)
Amazing, worked wonderfully! My baby was still flipping back and forth at week 36. I followed this video and your video on how to flip a breech baby and it worked! So grateful, thank you!
Now at my 37-38 weeks of pregnancy, my baby is still breech, will follow the steps, and hopefully it work on me and my baby, cesarean is the only option I have if my baby will not turn by next week. Hoping and praying, please pray for me and my baby as well please. This is my first pregnancy and I am scared but I am praying, and working on it. Will get back here when the baby turn head down. Manifesting💜
Fingers crossed for you and for myself - I'm a FTM myself and 35 weeks now and we have a follow up scan next week as the baby girl was breech this week.
Thank you Jessica! the exercise really worked.. In 32nd week of my pregnancy i found that the baby is in transverse position since day 1. Till 32 nd week my baby movement was very little. After watching your video I tried doing it in the evening.... I still can't believe but I could feel same night that the baby has moved head to down position. In my 37 week the doctor has now confirmed that the baby now lies in cephalic position. As many times I thank you, it won't be adequate... You are the best !
39 weeks and 2 days transverse lie position c baby 1 time ko lng ginawa ang excercise na to and then boom my baby change his possition into cepalic and i give birth the ecxact date i didnt expect the result to be this amazing
I'm pregnant with twins and have been doing your videos every morning since the beginning of 2th trimester. Thanks to you, I still feel strong, flexible and capable even though i´m 34 weeks and starting to carry a lot of weight. Sadly, my leading twin was in the perfect positions during months and now she just turned breech. The doctors were surprised that it was even possible because of the lack of space. I suggest that it might be because of the yoga that i made space for her to turn around - unfortunately, the wrong way. Well, I will continue doing these exercises and hope that it will still be possible for her to turn around again.
Yesterday i found out that my baby was in transverse position at 34weeks,but after doing this exercise yesternight now today my baby is in cephalic position.wow just wow. Thanks Jessica
Really it's amazing 😍🤩 Doctor said ur baby was Transerver lie position.. i started 29 weeks diz work out after 31 weeks my baby is came head down position thank u so much ❤❤❤
You are amazing- thank you so much for sharing this video! My little guy was transverse (around 32 weeks). I just followed your video and, in the last couple of minutes of it, felt him wiggle into position and he now has the wildest hiccups right against my cervix 😂. I’m so looking forward to watching the rest of your videos now!
I have been doing this sequence with combination of your other videos and my baby headed down at week 34- confirmed by ultrasound. Tech also said that the chance of her turning upside down is less than 6%. During one of my deep meditations my baby girl turned up and by doing these videos I was able to turn her back down!!! I’ll continue this sequence until I give birth
I just want to thank you for transforming my 3rd trimester with your videos! I do this video or another of your 3rd trimester videos every single night. It's my fifth pregnancy and the first time I have been able to overcome insomnia and feel rested in my 3rd trimester! I also do your exercise videos multiple times a week. Such a blessing!
I am 32 weeks now with my first baby and have been lazy throughout the pregnancy. These exercises feel great! My baby is still breech, and some of the positions felt really good and hopefully she will turn soon! Thank you so much 😊
I am 39 weeks pregnant. Did this for the first time today and it kicked my butt! But hopefully doing this daily will make it easier and help until baby gets here.
I'm 35 weeks and Dr isn't sure if he's breech or head down. I will continue to do this session everyday and pray he's head down. Thank you for all these amazing videos!
Jessica, first I found relief with your sciatica video, then I find you were a fellow ICP sufferer and now you have posted a breech baby video, I am currently in the hospital being monitored for my ICP so we can push our delivery date to 36 weeks and my baby is breech! It’s like you are my pregnancy saint! I have snuck in a chrome cast into the hospital and will be doing this video in my hospital room. Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Hi! Well unfortunately my bile acids went up so we had to get this guy out, he arrived yesterday via c-section, but he's doing wonderfully. My mobility is also increasing and I've told all the midwives it's due to my prenatal exercises! Can't wait to get back into the postpartum routine once I'm fully healed. Thanks again for the support!
I’ve been doing this video often and I love it ! My only complaint is that I wish you could stay in the positions a bit longer and also to tell us when to switch sides when we’re in a position where we can’t look at the video. Love these tho ima check out your other vids ( :
As far as I can tell, this has really helped. Not all of it was OK with my back, especially the downward dog with a leg up, but I've lost a lot of flexibility this pregnancy, so, it could just be me.
Watched this whilst working now I am so relaxed 😄 but will do this regularly from here on in. 22 weeks with twins, one is upside down, the other transverse atm so, I think now is a good time to start whilst there is still a little room to flow 😀 Thank you!
Thanks, Jess! I am 39+6 and have been doing this routine this week, baby is head down but just working to further engage and hopefully begin labor, as of 2 days ago baby was at station -1 so we are close!
I'm 38 weeks tomorrow baby breech booked in for section this week.. tried everything she doesn't want to budge, hoping by some miracle when I go in she's moved 🙏 xx
Wow same here Tuesday I’ll be 38 weeks I have a sonogram tomorrow to see if she has turn they have me for doctor to turn her in July 9 th an any emergency they will do the c section right there and then praying our baby girls move because I definitely don’t want a c section 🙏🏼
@@Samantha-gj2ul oh bless you sweet I'm the same.. I had the ecv last week and didn't work I've tried moxibustion and everything 🤣 she's being stubborn fingers crossed and prayers for you she turns too 🙏 xxx
Thanks for the videos, I have been doing them throughout my pregnancy and I love the well-rounded approaches. You have something for every trimester, need, and body part. Love that it is gentle, yet I still feel well stretched and like I got a good workout. Also feels super safe. I'm currently 35w and my baby is still breached so I have been doing this one daily! Helps to not feel alone. :)
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I actually just started reading up on there yesterday! Going to start working through those exercises with my doula as well :)
I really have to share this...36 weeks went to scan and the beby was in breech position...I did this first day, second day was tired and discouraged repeated it again after 2days then went to my antenatal was surprised when my nurse said that beby has turned head down...I'm more than happy
Feeling a little down because I was told in my last ultrasound that my baby’s breech 😔 I want to have a normal delivery so badly, been doing this video a lot recently. Thank you for making these.
That was truly amazing. I'm doing this before bed up until the birth of my baby. Thank you so much! I feel so much better and more relaxed. It hit all the right spots.
Relaxing and productive - two thumbs up! I'm 38 weeks and baby is head down but likes to wiggle and rotate around a lot. Hopefully this will encourage him to hang out in the right position until it's time.
I am 28 weeks n baby was head down on the appointment, i have started doing these yoga poses and some other exercises from your other video. Fingers crossed for the next appointment. Hopefully the baby will be head down
Dear Jessica! I love Your videos! I'm doing them almost every day since week 10! Now I'm 36 weeks and my baby's been head-down just until a few days ago, when he's turned transverse. Now I'm pretty worried and it's quite uncomfortable also. Hope Your specific videos will help and he can turn back! Bests to You!
Thank you! My baby is posterior at 40 weeks and I’ve already entered early labor, but my contractions aren’t moving her. Just one time of doing this and I already feel different. Going to keep doing these exercises until she makes her big debut (hopefully without assistance). Thank you again! 🙏🏼
Carina Monreal ahhhh!! Sending you so much love and strength! You are prepared and you can birth your baby! Can’t wait for your most exciting moment of your life to meet you newest love! 💞
Thanks for all the videos Jessica! Routine yoga, labor prep exercise, sciatica exercise ..love all your classes, it really helps a lot especially during this pandemic!
i'm 27 weeks pregnant and baby is breech. I'm hoping that baby will be in the right position later when I do this everyday. it's my first day doing this and 1 thing is for sure, hip pain and lower back pain decreases and I feel a lot better. Thank you and God Bless.
I am 36 weeks pregnant today. My baby has been head down for a while but his back and bum have been laying on my left and his feet on my right side for at least 8 weeks or more. Most of these positions are the same ones my yoga teacher has been having me do once a week but I am now on bedrest so I can’t go to classes. Hoping this helps baby get himself into the right place - I’ll let you know if it works!

I did this video the most and it helped me so much!! infinite gratitude!
You so polite Vero
Well done to anyone who manages to do this whole session. I'm 34 weeks and I can't 🤣 I'll try again tomorrow though🤞 wish me and baby boy good luck
I have a scheduled ECV next week but hoping baby will cooperate before
How did it go?! I'm hoping for the same. My little dude hasn't flipped yet and I'm almost 37 weeks.
Iam not good in English , but i want to say thank you so much ❤
This really helped me , my baby was occiput transverse position and i did this exercise for one week .. After that ,the doctor told me that the baby is in cephalic position and got anormal delivery❤
This felt great! Baby has been back to back with me and I am almost 38 weeks along. Excited to continue this!
I love this yoga video. I am 33 weeks with my first pregnancy. ❤
Jessica, Thanks a ton! Baby turned to optimal position in a week after following these exercises!
I have been so achy and in pain, hips, groin area, legs, calves, and looked this up and thought why not, I am also 34 weeks and baby is breech so I'm trying to get him in the right position asap, so I did most of this video just now a couple I couldn't do because it made my hip cramp but I did what I could, and I feel kinda good right now like it really stretched my body out I needed this, I will continue every day and hopefully get my little man head down pray for me he does it soon I am a nervous wreck ❤
very good video. 5-10 minutes in, i felt my baby kicks at the top of my belly. It worked!
Thank you so much, Jessica! I found that my baby was breech at 32 wks. I started doing these exercises once a day. At 36 wks, my baby flipped to head down position :)
Whoo hoo! Great news! 💞
Love it. 40 weeks today. Going to do this a few times a day till baby comes. Wish I’d done this sooner!!
Did exercise 3days my baby turned cephalic so happy tnsm 😘😘😘
This exercise really worked my baby was oblique position and after doing these exercises for 3 days baby head was down
I was stressing out so much today, but this class made me find my calmness. Thank you! 🙏
Same thg wiz you but am also putting my trust in God hoping for the best all I pray is dat we all get out of the health centres alive
Did baby turned? I’m so intrigued ❤
Really helpful was having a transverse baby at 28weeks I followed your yoga poses and now my baby is head down in just 2days I did the exercises
Such good news! Thanks for sharing 💞
how did u notice that? in just 2days it turned...?
41 + 5 and this relieved a lot of ligament discomfort. These video hold a lot of value to woman and we really appreciate you sharing. Thank you!
Real blessing... did for 2 days and baby is head down...
This video is magical. My baby is finally head down at 36 weeks ❤️🙏 amazing !!
I’m 39 weeks and 1 day just did these exercises praying baby flips for me , I will be doing it for the next couple of days
hello. mam.....didi your baby flipped?
@akgangg926 , hi, did the baby flipped?
Thank you Jessica! the exercise really worked.. In 32nd week of my pregnancy i found that the baby is in transverse position since day 1. Till 32 nd week my baby movement was very little. After watching your video I tried doing it in the evening.... I still can't believe but I could feel same night that the baby has moved head to down position. In my 37 week the doctor has now confirmed that the baby now lies in cephalic position. As many times I thank you, it won't be adequate... You are the best !
Am 32 weeks baby was cephalic but flipped to transverse afew days ago, will start off these exercises asap
Well, I will continue doing these exercises and hope that it will still be possible for her to turn around again.
did your twins turn the head down?
Yesterday i found out that my baby was in transverse position at 34weeks,but after doing this exercise yesternight now today my baby is in cephalic position.wow just wow. Thanks Jessica
Did u feel it?or scanned?
I just started doing this, I’m 35 weeks tomorrow. Hoping my baby will turn in the coming week!
Thank you so much for these exercises. They do work like magic. My baby was OP at 33 week and she did turn at my 35 week appointment.
Hi,
Which exercise did you do to change OP position? Please help as my baby is in OP position now.
Thank you so much 😊
Did your baby move
Doing your videos since week 12 and now doing this one at 40 weeks!!! Really hoping to have a nice and positive birth thanks to you Jessica! 💛
How did your labor go?
I am 39 weeks pregnant. Did this for the first time today and it kicked my butt! But hopefully doing this daily will make it easier and help until baby gets here.
It worked r not
I'm 35 weeks and Dr isn't sure if he's breech or head down.
Hi Leah! How's it going? any luck yet? Come on baby...just turn!
Nice to slow down with you following this video, being more calm and relaxed.
My baby was breech, feet down, last week, did this routine for a whole week and today we went for a visit and she's head down 🎉.
how many time & which time u did that plz explain 😢
@@HomairaAirEmon-ph2ro I did this once a day in the evening, but I was also paying a lot of attention to my position during the day
@@agnieszkakowalska9658 how month preggnent when u are?
When baby turned I was between 35 and 36 weeks, now I'm 37 weeks so in my last month
@@agnieszkakowalska9658 ok thank u so.much
I'm 29 weeks pregnancy...my baby is in breech position i hope this video will work and he will turn in to normal position 👏
im doing you class since week 24 until now 37 weeks..so amazing jessica it helped my baby position going under...take care from indonesia..
Hi , this video is so helpful
My baby turned head down after following this exercise for 2 weeks
Thanks a lot ...quite helpful
Loved this! Baby is breech at 32 weeks & I’m going to start doing this daily. Thank you!
I hope baby flips for you! Have you also checked out the spinning babies resources?
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I actually just started reading up on there yesterday! Going to start working through those exercises with my doula as well :)
very helpful, managed to turn my baby :-) thank you!!!
Yay! Great news!
I really have to share this...36 weeks went to scan and the beby was in breech position...I did this first day, second day was tired and discouraged repeated it again after 2days then went to my antenatal was surprised when my nurse said that beby has turned head down...I'm more than happy
Feeling a little down because I was told in my last ultrasound that my baby’s breech 😔
I want to have a normal delivery so badly, been doing this video a lot recently.
Mine too. She was head down a month ago but on my 35th week she was transverse 😅
Thank you, thank you , thank you for your beautiful energy, and for all that you put out into the world. We need more people like you! Namaste
Thank you for your kind words, Joy. It really means a lot to me 💞
Hey there@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV.. Im currently 17 weeks pregnant i actually dont know the position of baby, can i still do it?
Jessica, thank you so much for everything you do for us pregnant ladies. You are an angel🩵🩷🩵
We need to follow this video everyday..result is amazing...I loved doing these exercises.
Thank you so much! That felt amazing. I’m working to get this baby flipped and repeating the mantra!
I am 28 weeks n baby was head down on the appointment, i have started doing these yoga poses and some other exercises from your other video. Fingers crossed for the next appointment. Hopefully the baby will be head down
This should help keep baby in a good position! Congratulations on reaching 3rd trimester 💞
Sorry i meant to head up at 28 Weeks , hopefully by next appointment she will be head down
Update - Thanks so much for this video, it really helped me, my baby is head down now at 32 weeks. Please accept my gratitude 💕
Love the video . Going to continue using this every morning and evening to make sure my baby gets in correct position. Thank you so much !! 😚
I’m 33 weeks and transverse. I just did this so I’m hoping it will work - and I’ll do it every day and it was quite relaxing :)
So hws the result i m 29week prgnt with transverse lie
How did it go ? We are in our 38th week and baby is still posterior . Just curious to know 🙂 and hopefully gain some positivity along the way
Did these yoga worked for you ?
Thank you! This exercise video helped with moving our baby which was back to back. 👍
truly amazed ,it literally worked for me ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for all the videos Jessica! Routine yoga, labor prep exercise, sciatica exercise ..love all your classes, it really helps a lot especially during this pandemic!
I did this yoga workout once a day and am happy to say that bub was breech but at my scan two weeks later he had turned.
I love your classes Jessica, thank you! Currently 34 weeks. Take care, from Australia :)
i'm 27 weeks pregnant and baby is breech.
36 week, baby in breech position. I was trying other exercises that didn't make any change for me, hope this time it will work. Starting with you from today.
You r beby moved
