    Walk and exercise(side bends,jumping jacks(10-15minutes 3 sets)

    I've lost 10 lbs in the lockdown by doing chloe things exercises as well as intermittent fasting I didnt change my diet I ate fruits and nuts as snacks. From 62 kgs I came down to 52 kgs

      Omg same here. But slightly different for me. I did chloe ting exercise for 2 weeks but I dont see any difference. So, I started dieting + 3 hours walking (normal walk in my room, I watch any types of videos and walk 😊).
      I took 3 months and I am now 49. Trying hard to get loose weight to 46😊

    1.Always drink warm water in morning.
    Breakfast-egg fried with one bread(half fried) .intake of dates before or after breakfast.(4-5 dates)
    Green tea add saunf and ajwain(2 times she used to consume

    Morning drink:acv,cumin lemon
    Breakfast 1 slice brown bread with 1 egg with 4 dates
    Mid morning :green tea with sonf with lemon nd any seasonal fruit
    Lunch:salad full bowl
    Excercise at least 30 mints
    Evening : if hungry fruit or salad preffered salad
    Dinner: 1 roti with sabzi, or 6 spoons rice with 1 palm chicken
    Cheat meals 2×week
    Night drink :acv,cumin,lemon

    Always drink warm water especially when in the morning
    Breakfast is always eggs 1egg with 1 slice of bread. Boil or fry.
    Dates after or before breakfast 4-5
    With green tea with ajwayan and sounf have it 2 times a day without sugar.
    Weight loss is not hard ors very easy.
    Eat in small portion and eat 1/3 full stomach.
    If hungry have avocado shake. With milk
    Lunch is sald with chick peas or red kidney bean. When ever you are hungry. You can eat fruits apples, grapes or mango with chat masal black peper lemon juice. Or orange juice you eat this once a day. Eat this salad when ever you are hungry.
    Dinner eat normal food. But no roti or chawal.
    Do side planks, and jumping Jack's and stuff. I used to do this 20 reps and 3 sets.
    Or I would eat fruit chat.
    When ever i was hungry have milk shake, fruits, vegetables but no junk food or normal gravey salan. Consume these instead of roti chawal or salan
    Eat less than you want. Stop eating even if you are still hungry.
    I only eat 1 roti with little bit of salan. And my dinner was very early.
    You can have twice a month. After dinner have green tea with ajwayan and lemon without sugar.After dinner I used to walk 3 to 4 hours in a mall. If I didn't go in the mall I would walk after dinner.

    Jo log family ke sath rehte hain, Being vocal to your family about your health goals, in a respectful way is very important. Meri mummy bhi mere pe chillati thi ki kya natak hai, khana kyu nhi khana hai dhang se, but I remained adamant and preapre salads for my meals. She stopped saying much after the results started showing. Weight loss , better skin, better hair condition.
    Roti chawal khate hain but portion control se. Mummy toh pyar se chahti hi hai ki hm acche se khaaye, pate bhar ke. Lekin hame weight kamm krna hai, healthy banna hai,accha dikhna hai, toh it is important to make her understand! 😊

      @@Hindu428 I would say... don't stick to your weight rather focus on how much inches you loss cause everyone's body is different, bone structure and everything maybe you are gaining healthy muscles which is really good... remember muscles weigh more than fat but are compact in size so gaining muscles is good just check if you are losing inches and don't focus on weight 😊

    I am following almost the same diet , breakfast 2 eggs and a fruit and chai , lunch is chekpea salad , or red bean salad , dinner is soup or 2 kababs . No rice, no roti , no fast food, no sugar . Workout 3,4 times a week . Water 2,3 liters . But I'm unable to reduce weight . Kindly help

    Very honest diet 👌. Kyoki roti rice me carbs hote hai jinhe skip krke hi weight loss ho sakta hai. Jitna live food khaoge jaise fruits, salad and vegies, utna fit rahoge life me. Roti aur rice se to buri tarah se weight gain hota hai. Wo hum jaiso ke liye nahi hai jinka weight paani pine se bhi badh jata hai 🤣

      U didn't lose fat only ,u losed fat plus muscle thats y we tend to gain again in short time ,its very imp to count ur calorie according to ur body type .,ur meal shud be 30% carbs ,40% protein and 30% fat

    Calorie deficit mind mai rahkna chiyay its good to have fruits but we have to see what type of fruits are allowed. Dinner shouldnt be heavy

      Ok the best thing is eat sweets and your favourite food in morning time before 11am and drink warm water after every meal and take green tea one time after lunch and try to walk 30minute after lunch and dinner and drink one glass warm water after 40minute and multigrain Dalia of patanjali in dinner for three month just watch you can loose more than 10kg approx with happiness it's my personal experience ❤️❤️

    I agree with the fast food thing you said as I started loosing weight 2 months ago by following my own diet and after loosing 18 lbs in one month, I did eat fast food too but half burger so you satisfy your taste buds and also dont get too much into it again. I still lost weight after eating biryani, burger, pizza, noodles, nuggets etc because my body already got trained that way. I won't suggest cheat meals in the first month though as it can demotivate you quickly from your set goal

    I'll never be 45kg😕 My body is just that different...Maybe if I starve close to death and only eat salads. Like, plain lettuce leaves and tomatoes. I struggle to not gain more than my 60kg but the depression meds I'm taking make it sooo hard...
