Biking Trillium Lake and Eureka Peak

Located just outside of Government Camp, Oregon, Trillium Lake is a popular cross country skiing and paddle boarding destination. Eureka peak is one of the mountains that stands sentinel over Trillium lake and if you bushwhack to the top of it you can enjoy not seeing anything because it's forested. I used it to get points for Summits on the Air.

I’ve ridden eureka in 2002 tacking it on to pioneer bridal trail loop. I think govey loc’s may shuttle it some? Veda lake trail and dry fir trail and jackpot meadows trail are worth checking out. Really hard to combine into a single loop or ride, but cool nonetheless.

Not including Dry Fir Trail in this ride was both sacrilegious and anti-Merican. For shame! 😅
