👇There could be several reasons why your iPhone is showing the "Cannot Connect to App Store" message. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check your internet connection: Make sure your iPhone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
2. Restart your iPhone: Sometimes, restarting your device can help resolve connectivity issues.
3. Update your iPhone: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.
4. Check the App Store status: Visit Apple's System Status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with the App Store.
5. Reset network settings: Go to Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. This will reset all your network settings to their default values.
6. Sign Out and Sign In App Store: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then tap "Sign In" and enter your Apple ID and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the verification code. If you're having trouble signing in, check your internet connection and make sure your Apple ID and password are correct.
7. Reset Date & Time Settings: go to Settings, General, Date & Time, toggle off "Set Automatically," wait a few seconds, then toggle it back on. If the time zone is incorrect, select the correct time zone.

If none are working, the thing that helped me was that in settings I got a notification to update Apple ID setting for which I just entered my Apple ID password. Later it started working!
