Blame the rotting of the country on the politicians and corruptions. Reservations are mostly concentrated in the govt educational institutions and jobs . Private sector are mostly freed from it.. Despite this , india's private sector Performance is still not satisfactory. Even people meritorious candidates from general category in public services themselves indulge in corruptions. Lol
