That's not SE, that's 5E, it means that the water is not properly draining out of the washer. Something may be clogged, jammed, or blocked and thus preventing water from draining out of the washer

Check your back side of washing machine it mention cold , only some machine has two water inlet hot and cold

My question is why none of the washing machine manufacturers either LG / Samsung / etc recommend a stand for their washing machine or providing a stand to protect this machine..? they are fools..? or unnecessary we are using stand for our mental satisfaction, we are fools..?
If you can ensure that the bottom of the washing machine remains clean and dry, then you do not need a stand to be honest. Without the stand, the center of gravity is closer to the ground and the machine will perform better.
However, in many cases it becomes difficult to clean the floor under the machine due to low clearance OR you need to move the machine frequently. In such cases you will definitely need a stand made from strong metal (as the machine itself weighs 50-60 kgs).
Keep in mind though, after installing the stand you need to absolutely ensure that the washing machine is level (you can use a spirit level app on your mobile to check) and run the calibration again. Any vibration or shakes will get amplified on a stand since the center of gravity is higher.
In my case it was the cardboard rat cover that was making a rattling sound due to vibration in spin cycles. I added some cloth padding under it and now the noise is okay.
