I will start my LLC for my catering business, however, i want to include my catering to content creation. Should those be 2 seperate LLC, or 1 LLC with a dba for the other? Thanks in advance. I am a mom and wife and I’m with my kids during the day, working part time at night, and I’m working on my first children’s book. We are going to be building this business while I’m still working part time until it takes off. This is the grind but we want this and believe in it. I appreciate your videos so so much.
Does anyone know if I submit my trademark application and submit an intent to use, does that protect the company name until the gov reviews my application? I hate to wait until they review internet since they are like 8 months behind 😅

Accountant sent invoice for form 2553 preparation fee. It is billed to my personal name. Is that okay? Shouldn't it be billed to LLC or does it not matter? They are saying it does not matter...
