You started talking directly to me. I turned on TH-camTV and your video was a suggestion from a search I did. I opened my laptop because it gave me a spark. I then opened my You tube on my laptop and went to your channel. I explored it because I felt drawn by your speaking. You speak my language. I found "I made a mistake" it was the contrary commentary to the video I had originally watched. It was a weird circumstance.
I'm just hitting that wall now. Been getting along great with sole prop and a DBA but now that I want to build my business credit to get business loans, I know I need to make the move to LLC.
Typically when applying for credit as a single member LLC the banks will look to your personal credit, but there are lots of other goods reasons to form an LLC.
A question that maybe you can answer. I’m looking at making knives. My plan is to just make them in the garage and sell them online through a website. I also plan to sell them at places like a farmers market and gun shows. I don’t plan to open a store front or sell in a physical store. I will not be taking out any loans, I will not have any employees. It will just be me making knives in my garage alone and then selling them online or in a vendor stall. Do I need an LLC or would it be better for me to stay as a sole proprietor? Everything I watch leans heavily towards being a sole proprietor but my wife thinks an LLC would be worth looking into.
Hi Jim! I would love to hear a video on you thoughts on a co-owned TH-cam channel. Would there be different things to think about when splitting TH-cam revenue vs just a normal llc partnership (specifically tax things to keep in mind 😵💫)
Hello!! Do you know how an online retailer can go about not being issued an specific Reseller’s License in Wyoming? It’s needed at the time of buying wholesale but I heard they wouldn’t issue one for that particular purpose. What do you l ow about this, please ? Thanks.
I heard that with an LLC you can open a bank account(mercury digital bank) in EE.UU. from another country. I want to sell games on Steam, is that going to work?
Hi I got a quick question I’ve been building my landscaping business do I have to register it and I’m from South Carolina and it’s a family own business

Thank you so much for all your videos. I'm disabled, but I am still wanting to open my own business and you have helped me learn so much!
Thank you for going back and "correcting" for your beliefs & understandings now.
