I've never seen ring end gaps so wide. Sorry that happened to you brother. I'm just so amazed
Impressive speed.
5:00 no, it will not cause any problem. The modern racing engines have both ring gap on the transfer at the other side of the exhaust
Thanks for the feed back, would you be able to point me to some picture, video, or articles about these motors? I looked around a bit and have never seen ring end gaps intersecting ports.
@@LAHover the modena engine kk1 125 has 1 ring with the ring gap wher i said
How's that exhaust...does it add power ? Thanks and keep up.the great videos !
The Jog pipe seems to do the trick. And for about $80 you can't go wrong.
@@LAHover awesome..have you are tried the mz65 clones you can get from Amazon ? How would it compare to that ? Thanks again
@@tamerfahmy435 If the clone is identical in dimensions to the real MZ65, I'd say they're comparable. If it's one of the smaller dimension clones, the Jog pipe would easily outperform it. Regardless of which MZ65 type exhaust you choose, you would have to purchase and install a separate silencer (Jog pipe includes a silencer).
Thanks for your inputs....i think the clones are smaller...so i guess ill give this pipe a try. I think the flange wont fit a stock cylinder though...might need to be cut up and rewelded !
Where are the rotary kits?
What frame are you using for that bike? I like the wide rear forks
I think its an f zero
F-Zero
Hi, I'm using the g2 reed on my 66cc engine, but I'm having a gasket leak problem that I can't solve, it always leaks through the gasket. any suggestion?
Fuel resistant ultra gray gasket maker.
Like I figured it needed to be honed. Good job. Glad it worked. Keep it up
His timing was retarded to far .. what are you talking about
I'm good at messing these things up lol, The BBR ignition system was probably not helping me any (but I don't know that for a fact so I'm not hating on it)...
On the up side, the whole time I have been poking at this little hybrid, I have slowly built a safer bike :)
What motor do you have definitely making some speed
The bottom end is a Firestorm Zeda 80, the top end is a DLH Performance Minarelli.
The guys who have been building these for a long time can get some CRAZY dangerous speed out of it. I'm still learning, but thanks!
I wrecked and it just shattered my knee I’m going in for knee replacement on 30 June
Sorry man! That hurts just to think about.
I pray all goes well for you!
Does the tiny plane add 3hp
lol, ... It just might ;)
Love it brother send it!!!
So I have bought quite a few of the gy6 store pistons myself and had issues with them I rode one like 300 mile with a broke piston but have yet to use one that ran good
Thanks for the heads up!
Is there any way to use a rag joint with the Schwinn taff because of the disc spacing?
Sorry that this is very unrelated. I dropped my phone in the pool and I’m doing this on my old one that discord keeps crashing.
If you can open the center of the sprocket wide enough to find over the hub I think so.
Alright that’s what a was fixing to do. Thanks
I'm rebuilding my engine right now and I'm wondering where a little metal spike that destroyed my head and piston cane from.
I'm thinking the fuel primer broke and shot into it ran lean and seized lmfao
Posted a photo in the discord yesterday of my impaled piston lmfao
Tag me in the post and I'll have a look "@LA Hover"
@@LAHover Okies I'll repost and at you
I just used WD40 in oil when I used my honing Wheel
Is putting a torque converter and forward reverse gearbox still street legal?
It would only work with a Pull-start.For a trike that would be great though."If you can shift gears,it's considered a Motorcycle",but I don't think reverse counts.A torque converter in 'an infinite variable gear transmission' in some areas.Let us know please.I really would like a '30'series on a reverse-trike.
@@bryduhbikeguy thank you very much! My next build wants to be a trike of silly properties for suresies.
I was looking at how to make panels for shape my bike so it really offends occifers. And a nice 49cc sticker underneath LoL
@@bryduhbikeguy I'm thinking with a trike I'd make dragster shaped panels to cut wind as I go, and when the cops see essentially a dune buggy ripping shit. I pop the hood LMFAO and it's a tricycle
Like the airplane attached to your handle bars LA. You have an Instagram?
Lol thanks :) No, just TH-cam and a discord server that is normally on fire... :P
🤣 well either way. Good video and keep up on the grind.
What state are you in buddy???
Louisiana
I learned to never us a ball hone on the two cycle the balls round out all the port edges. I ruined one of mine that way. Woops
I still think that a bottle brush is a good way for touching up your bore just be careful guys yikes
I have a china doll myself totally stock
So what's the most reliable engine for a motorized bicycle ?
I don't care about the price just the most reliable for say a name brand mountain bike .
4 stroke please.
Get a hold of Don Butler on face book. Ask for a maximum reliability build.
As far as the most reliable motor I have used. That would be a Seeutek pk80, I don't know if they still build them as good, but I still hear good things...
Out side of gas, most water resistant e-bikes kits with LG or Samsung batteries will out last the 2 strokes unless you get super unlucky.
Oh 4 strokes... My bad I have no idea. The phatmoto bikes have come along way. But I'm mostly 2 strokes or electric.
Anyone know why a motorized bike would die everytime trying to get going from a complete stop?
You are releasing your clutch too fast. Bogging the motor
I don't think that it, I even pedal to keep it from dying and it still happen sometimes.
@@ediot.1012 I would try a larger sprocket to make it easier to get moving.
And keep in mind that these are oedal assist motors. You can modify them for more power, but you may still need to pedal and feather the clutch to start going/ride slow.
CDI.
How's door dash working out for you? I was thinking of trying it soon
Actually good. Been having fun with it. Will have an update video on it soon.
use motoroil when honing
I did, sorry if I did not make that clear. I used 10w40
@@LAHover I mean it should be the only thing you use, I have never used the compound but I get good results. I work on 212cc minibikes tho
@@300ALZX Whatever the flex hone is made out of. Seems like some kind of compound. Definitely not like a stone hone (I think)...
I've heard them referring to as dingle ball hone, I would search for the style that has 3 stones that expand with rotating it
Nice video
you havent even had the chance to watch it it got posted 1 min ago..
Letsss gooo
OH NO! F.
And we pay our respects to a cylinder that was taken from us well before it's time... RIP
nice lol
#1!
Buy a athena ull be very happy
Too noisy for me. If I do a bike it will be an electric motor or a 4 cycle engine.
Big fan and subscriber I have questions about building a performance engine. I have a fan and 85 a YDL 100 and a YD 100. I want to build a performance engine if you can help me out let me know I’ll give you my email and we can send correspondence back-and-forth I appreciate your time if you read this and thank you very much
Phantom 85
My discord should be in the description. There I can help a bit better, and we have some performance builders that know even more than me.
