Im not alone! Im even more overprotective when everything’s been too quiet. Ive lost quite a few pups (especially to stranger wolf attacks. I think the number now is like 5, which is more than any other predator), and im a traumatized player 🤣🤣🤣
I- this is almost exactly what happened to me- i had 5 pups born, one died from sickness pretty early on, then later, around 13 to 14ish pounds, after 2 of the survivors had gotten sick and recovered, one of the two pups who hadnt yet did, and it caused so many problems. One of his brothers and his sister just could not get into the den because he was slowly wibble wobbling his way inside- first, we lost one of his brothers to a stranger wolf attack, then, we lost his sister to a coyote. He didnt even survive his sickness either, so by the next morning i was left with one pup- i was losing my mind-
a tip when fighting other wolves is to run around a rock (if you can) it messes up their movement Edit: if you’re protecting your pups you should stay by the den to guard them & try to let your mate do more of the fighting until all pups are in the den🙁
Thanks so much for the tips! I'll be trying out the rock tip for sure. I definitely goofed up while defending the den both times. When I was watching the footage back I was super frustrated with myself! When the coyotes attacked, I was caught totally off guard because I was focusing so hard on the new playing with pups feature 😅 And then I just ran away from the den when the wolves attacked...why did I do that!!! Lol. I will definitely be more careful in the future. 😭

@@wolfinthesage yeah.. I'm currently in a bad problem with coyotes. Basically I have 2 pups left, and both of them have gotten lost. I've reloaded the save numerous times, but each time the coyotes end up getting one of them. Any tips? I'm kinda desperate🎉
I rarely sleep with my pups out the den, I went to sleep with my pups outside the den then a cougar attacked happened. The cougar was right behind the tree (den) and I was looking in front , not in the direction where the cougar was after I woofed. Then the cougar carried the pup and I couldn’t catch up in time..

Nooooo that's so sad! It's so tough to lose them. I was really hoping that my little sick pup would recover.

Lupine is a flower native to my area that is associated with wolves, and my favorite plant!!
