- In this episode we're camping and fishing WAY off the grid on Panama's remote southern coast to see if we can live off the land and sea for 3 days. We're doing a little catch, clean & cook with MASSIVE tuna and mahi mahi and harvesting fresh produce from wild trees around camp. Howler monkeys, jaguars, scorpions, a hidden lagoon... this trip has a little bit of everything. Come along for the adventure of a lifetime. Yes it is, we love it here. Magical coastline in so many ways
Ahi and MahiMahi egg row are the best egg fry especially with a little salt and pepper is all you need, I mean the best... and if you guys did run out of ice another delicacy especially here in Hawaii is dried Ahi. Going twenty dollars a pound is pretty extreme but thats how much its a delicacy here in Honolulu. Smother strips of Ahi with sea salt then let it sun bathed for at least a week or more depending on how dry you want the dried fish to be out in the sea air is all you need in surviving the great out doors...top notch guys 👌
