타미야 그래스호퍼2 CVA 쇽 업그레이드 CVA Shock Upgrade using 3D Printed Shock-Cap for Tamiya Grasshopper 2

그래스호퍼에 숙명처럼 따라다니는 쇽 고정용 브라켓이 저는 예전부터 그닥 좋아하질 않았는데요,
너무 저렴해 보이는 옵션이고, 뭔가 원래 제짝이 아니라 오히려 억지로 개조한 것 같은 느낌이 별루였고, 실차와의 공학적 유사성도 많이 떨어진다고 생각되었구요. 무엇보다도 이쁘지가 않았습니다.
아무래도 입문용 차량을 위해 별도의 부품을 만드는건 타미야 입장에서는 맞지 않는 선택일지 모르겠지만, 그래도 좀 너무하다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다.
예전부터 아이디어는 있었지만 공학지식도 떨어지고 모델링 스킬도 부족해서 시도 못했던 CVA 쇽캡을 만들어 보는 작업을 이번에 성공했습니다. 별건 아닌 것 같기도 하지만 이런게 프린트 된다고? 라고 생각했던게 너무 쉽게 되버려서 약간 황망하단 느낌까지 들었는데요...
제 3D 프린터가 완전 초저가 초심자 용이라는 점을 감안하면 더욱 더 3D 프린팅의 위력이 느껴지는 순간이었습니다. 어쨌거나 오랬동안 미뤄왔던 쇽캡 개조가 잘 이루어져서 너무 기분이 상쾌합니다^^

I prefer the bolt connection you used previously. It is more secure so it will not detach in a crash or rollover.

thank you for your comment! I thought about it and will go thru some tests. chances of detach is there like you said, but if that much impact occurs, the bracket type may break the arm, so there are pros and cons on the ball connection in my design
