    I needed this tonight, I didn’t get to stretch routine until later tonight. I needed something to calm me after a busy week so far. Travel and MD follow up (not exactly what wanted to hear at), but back home again and preparing for kindergarten Sunday. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

    Thanks Vanessa. I really needed this stretch today and breath work. I unintentionally went further on walk this morning, than meant to… over 3 miles. The weather was pretty, nature calling, then house got farther. We are okay. 🐶☺️❤️
