Tanky is a great word. The SRX is the only car I've ever loved. I had a 2010 (which I nicknamed Antonio Machismo) and wrecked it in 2015. I just traded in my Kia Sportage for a 2016 SRX and I am so happy.
Yeees, that's totally correct. My Friend replaced the halogen lamps with LED headlights from us right now after he pick up his 2015 Cadillac SRX from dealer Store. He said he was very dissatisfied with the headlights and sunroof.but we just can do headlights perfectly for him, His sunroof that's Still unresolved
We always have the tailgate go up 3/4 of the way for 2 reasons. 1 my wife is only 5 feet even and can’t reach the button if it’s all the way up. Number 2 when we put it in the garage and she has to open it up it won’t hit the garage door
Appreciate this video! I just bought a nice clean 2011 SRX with 114.000 miles, my first SUV: I did have a 2008 Cadillac DTS, so this is a change for me!
Congrats on your buy Great SUV very good road truck....Here are some potential problems 1. Change your oil Frequently (before the 3,000 miles they recommend when your oil Gage goes down to 30% Change oil...With Oem ACdelco Fill Synthetic Oil Dexos 5w-30 with acdelo filter ) The reason being the 3.0 and the 3.6 Have timing chain issues, But with frequent oil changes it should be fine....2. It's very Picky of Aftermarket parts Never use aftermarket Bulbs, or Suspension parts again only GM part Like ACdelco.... 3. Only have your Car worked on by the Dealer....I know...I Know $$$$$...But Independent shops use after market Price which is not good for this car....4. Please check your Sun roof Frequently for leaks...the Drainers get clogged sometime 5. Hub Bearing wills go at 100,000 miles or The Minute you hear the roar from your tires get it taking care of...5. Best riding tires for this truck is Continental tires Smooth ride.... 6. Premium gas only Please she is very very sensitive...Follow these steps and this Beautiful SUV will last 214,000 miles Be safe and enjoy
THANK YOU SO MUCH for these tips! You anwered a lot o questions for me...especially about the boil and premium gas usage. I'm lucky enough to have a great mechanic but I am going to share this information with him, so hopefully won't have to go to the dealer! LOL But thanks AGAIN for all this iinfo..
3:20 I have one just like this with 208,000 miles on it. Still running great. Funny thing is about a year ago the AC also went out on it. I discovered that it was the clutch that was worn out, not the compressor. I was able to replace just the clutch while keeping the compressor on the car, so I did not have to evacuate the freon. Most if not all AC places will not go to this trouble, they prefer to tell you that you need a new compressor.
@@sarae819 ended up with a 2015 premium as well! Make sure to do oil changes on time so you dont have timing chain issues down the road and it should last you!

I own a 2015 srx , I like this car better than any I've ever owned.

Bought a 2014 love it…3/4 litigate works better in my garage ☺️
230k. Still drives well. Driven long and hard.
Does this car sit high from the ground im short?
trying to pick an suv for my wife. 2014 Mazda CX5 for 14,500 and 2012 SRX for 12,700. Im really tempted to buy the cadi
I don't know much about the Mazda, but from the experience I've had with the SRX it was reliable. As long as its been taken care of.
I just got a 2015 SRX and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!
