    I follow your step, but no reply after 4days.. I contacted customer care, they told only physically i have to visit icici pru mf office to submit doc. They dont have online or email process.

    how to change default Bank A/c with mutual(10 yr old) because i also had an account in other bank.?
    AND in case where I do not have old bank passbook or check book , then?

    You are conspicuously silent about taking print out, sign the same and then upload the form, which is too much of ask and pain. You have not explained it completely

    Sir i have two mutual fund in paytm money. .. recently my ubi bank is merged with pnb....but the defult bank and ifsc code which is set earlier on paytm money, can not be changed....they told me to chage it by myself on CVL/KRA sight..but i could not do it....plz told me how i change my IFSC code...plz help

    sir mai apne mutual fund account se paise withdraw karna chahta hu lekin mera mutual fund me acc me name Harsh hai and jiss bank account me withdraw krna hai Punjab national Bank hai and usme mera naam Harsh Raj hai to unhone mudhje ek form diya hai usme bola hai 500 ka ticket lagakr dene to wo explain karde please.

    For old and new accounts we need to submit passbook or else last 3 months bank statement enough ( entries)

    Wrong Information. Just now talked to ICICI Mutual Fund and they clearly mentioned that till now, they dont have any procedure to change or modify the bank details via online Route. You can only change your bank account by submitting the physical form to CAMS or ICICI MF office. Request Admin to remove this video immediately as it is misleading Investors

      Apologies for the confusion my video might have given you. Let me clarify.
      I had created this video after speaking with ICICI Mutual Funds Customer Care 1800 200 6666. To verify if there is any change in this process, I called them once again today (24-May-2021).
      Initially the Customer Support person said we need to scan and send it through post.
      I re-iterated him that I was informed earlier by same Customer Care that due to pandemic you are accepting Scanned Documents via Email.
      He kept my phone on-hold, spoke with a Senior and then confirmed that Scanned Copies to Emails are getting accepted now. Additionally he told to ensure that you send all required documents (Form, PAN, Old Bank Cheque, New Bank Cheque, Address Book) from your REGISTERED Email only.

    due to icici matual fund policy is not done by online this is done by submitted filled form to icici matual AMC. where they change your bank account request.

    Icici wale mail ka koi reply hi nehi dia. 1week Ho gaya. Axis mf may same process k through 1 week may 2 mails may ho gaya. Icici service is bad.

    Sir I don't have old bank cheques , I have only new bank account cheques there is any possibility

      The the Old Bank, you can provide either one of these:
      1) Cancelled Cheque
      2) Bank Passbook (with current entries not older than 3 months)
      In case of non-availability of old bank proof, In-Person verification (IPV) is mandatory.
      For IPV - Original with self attested copies of PAN Card as per the applicable Mode of
      Holding/ Photo Identity Proof for PAN Exempt Investors like Passport, Voter ID, Ration
      Card, Driving License.
      Please reach out ICICI Mutual Funds Customer Care 1800 200 6666 for further guidance.
      Unlock as started in India. If urgent, visit the nearest ICICI Mutual Funds branch office and get this fixed once for all.
