    We experienced the pinnacle of our era, but it is now gone. Like what happened to Rome, the corrupt administration will bring this nation to an end. My condolences go out to anyone who is close to retiring and may be worried about whether their pension will be enough to pay the rising cost of living. Insane fiscal policy, poor regulatory policy, poor energy policy, and poor foreign policy

      50 and early retirement. I'm very worried about the future and where we're all heading, especially in terms of money and how to get by. I'm considering making my first investment in the stock market, but how can I do so given that the market has been in a mess for the majority of the year?

      @@stellaadams593 Personally, I can connect to that. When I began working with "Claudia Trinidad Rivas," a fiduciary financial counsellor, my advantages were certain. In these circumstances, I would always advise getting professional help so they can steer you through choppy markets and just give you indicators and strategies for knowing when to enter and exit the market...

    I have selected a fund to start the monthly SIP, however while entering the bank details ET money was asking whether it is NRI account or not?. As I am residing in UAE since last 7 years I should enter my NRI bank details, unfortunately my back account in India is still not converted to NRI type and I wish to convert this during my next visit.

    Here's my consumer behaviour. I tend to over analyze so much regarding my impulse buying behaviour and eventually end up not buying actually what i wanted.

    • @kalbashleyaisha9348
      @kalbashleyaisha9348 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t even know how to analyze talk more of doing the trading myself lol, how do you go about it? Because i just feel finding a place to just invest and wait for % returns is what i want

      @aashishsoneji7507 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kalbashleyaisha9348 my comment was with respect to the expenses the speaker has spoken about in the video. As per market basket analysis we end up buying products associated to the main product bought. As mentioned by the speaker, the pricing and package is designed by companies in such a way that we end up buying more than our requirements. Either bcoz its cheap or else it could be our impulse buying behaviour.
      In my case whenever i wish to purchase something i tend to over analyze so much that i end up not buying the product in case of the product is only to fullfill my psychological needs.

      @@kalbashleyaisha9348 hi, that i do myself as i learn from it whether its equity or mf. Not for daily trading but for investments.
      Surely if you want to trade there are lot of financial services firms offering trading or demat accounts to actively trade in market.
      For them its about brokerage earnings and certain fixed charges levied to maintain your trading or demat account
      One can try apps like zerodha, up stocks to actively trade in equity markets.

    I have a question, would really appreciate if anyone could help me with my calculations.
    So let's say I have a annual premium of 46880 invested for 15 years and the maturity value is 1403200 at the end 15 years.
    My XIRR calculations is coming out to be 8.23%
    Considering 46880 * 15 years = 703200 investment
    When I use the online XIRR tool i am getting 4.23% and CAGR around 4.73%.
    Using the rule of 72 the returns would be 4.8%
    Which one of these calculations is correct.
    Thanks in advance :)
