I also live in California and was in the East Bay Area for 33 years. I couldn’t deal with the growth and noice. We moved to Mendocino and have 40 acres, we built our own home and all I see out my window are deer families, bobcats prance by in the evening or early morning. An occasional bear and mountain lion come by. Interesting.. I feel safe here and didn’t in Walnut Creek.
What a fabulous idea for those days when you just don't feel creative or just don't know where to start. Great for practice or beginners like me too! ♥ -And playing with pretty washi tape is an added bonus. Thank you so much for these inspirational thoughts. 🌻 So glad I found your channel. 🥰

Came back to thank you for the recommendation on those pens! So inexpensive, but they are fantastic for what I do. I need to test whether the ink dries waterproof, but I love the smooth glide over different types of paper. No more micron scratchy noises for me! ♥
Glad you like them! I know they don't work for everyone, but I've really fallen in love with them😊. When I use them they turn out to be waterproof, but you should test them just in case.
