Mine works ok so far. I just have to wait longer between clicking the choices. we will see. It loaded and I took to Walgreens and can print off the pictures ok. Just saying.
I bought this thing and backed up my photos ONE time. I have lots of pictures on my phone so I got it out to download the rest of my photos and it's not working. When I plug it into my phone it says "Is your The Photo STick Omin device plugged in securely?" and goes on to tell me to unplug and plug back in. Well, I have done that several times now and it's still not working. Now what? Where's troubleshooting when you need 'em? Not a happy camper

It's just a slightly fancy USB. I've a question too regarding duplicates. How does it know what a duplicate photo is? Does it do this by comparing the images OR by the filename? So far, I'm not convinced that this is a helpful purchase.

Sounds too good to be true. What happens if the PhotoStick crashes? I have had USBs do that; also one completely locked itself when I used it on 2 Laptops. Looking at the problems below I can't help but think that at my age (80) I can do without.

I got sucked in to buying it. It's nothing more than a storage stick. It says, download the app, plug it in and hit GO. Well, let me tell you. It did not work. I got on to their support help and they couldn't help me either. They ask all these techy questions, like we are supposed to know. I find it to be a waste of money and now they won't contact me back to give me return details and you only have 30 days to return. They are stretching it out so my 30 days run out . I keep reaching out and they don't get back to me.
I got the PhotoStick Omni (128GB) and put all my photos from 2 phone and 3 laptops on it. Everything in one place. Next, I made a folder on my laptop for everything on the PhotoStick and copied from the PhotoStick to that folder. Now I have two copies of everything. The best part is that I dan copy the stick to anyone else device and save them anywhere I want, on however many devices I chose.
I wish they had a more detailed video for Apple devices with examples, such as whether or not it sorts your images in folders same as your iPhone folders. Meaning, I have a lot of car related photos in a car folder, will it save the folder the same way? Or will I have to re-save/re-sort them?
I have tried everything I read and still my Pixel Pro 7 NOT ABLE to detect Photo Stick. " Select the root folder of TPS drive". How to get someone to help with this PLEASE....

I just received a Omni as a gift. Managed to download photos from iphone but when I plug it into a Windows PC, it tells me to reformat the card. As far as iphone to ipad sharing, the cloud shares those if you sync. Worthless if I can't open the card on my Windows PC, Manual is clunky and so far, not much help from support. Still trying.

I did not find my purchase of a 64 gb stick so easy. It was supposed to save 30,000 photos and I only had 18,000 photos and the device didn't work. Very frustrating as the device came with an out of date manual that the tech support sent me. It didn't save my albums like all these videos says it does. I paid $84 and had to mail it back to get a refund. Despite sharing screen shots of doing exactly what the tech support said. It was frustrating and I have iMac that is only 3 years old. Also, I got another stick as a gift and it downloads the photos but it doesn't save photos to the stick. IMO, it is worthless. Keep searching for a better product.

I bought my PhotoStick OMNI from their website. I believe after several attempts working with their tech support they just refunded my money when I requested it. I think you have to work with the vendor who sold the devices to get your refund.
I bought two thinking this would be wonderful and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the directions precisely six or seven times and it’s still not working. I better be able to get my money back. I’m gonna lose my mind.
So can I use this to get photos and videos off my iphone 11 and transfer photos and videos to my desk top computer that uses Windows ? I have tried to use iTunes to do it and it only does a few photos and kicks it off or if I open files to transfer manually it will do photos and takes forever and if video is too long it kicks it off . I have to either send short videos from my phone to my gmail and then download using my desk top or upload long videos to TH-cam app on my phone and then download from TH-cam on my desk top so I can use my video editor before reloading to TH-cam .
This a SALES PITCH the information is very incomplete. This is probably a very useful product but unless the novice is able to open the package and get it working it is basically useless. With instructions like (OPEN AND ENJOY) IT IS A FAILURE. When the instructions show something on the screen and that is not there we need more info!!!

Glorified overpriced usb stick - it’s just a clunky manual thing and I was sent 32 gb stick to add 30000 photos. Took me hours of manual faffing to do 450 photos… apparently there’s a “button” to delete the downloaded photos, ( doesn’t work) manually doing everything - you cant even download in folders or years, it’s going to take me weeks to pass it back and forth. I deleted the photos manually and the second back up it still downloaded the old ones even tho they completely deleted !! Haven’t seen any duplicates organised. Back to square one ..

Produit inutile et cher. Ne prend pas les dossiers, ni les sous-dossiers. Les photos sont classées en désordre, cela prend un temps fou pour les retrouver. Elles ne sont pas organisées. Je suis vraiment déçue par ce produit. Une simple clé USB classe beaucoup mieux mes photos.
It's impossible to install the damned thing unless you have some sort of advanced computer/phone knowledge. I just pissed away a lot of money on the device and spent an unbelievable amount of time trying to get the f***ing thing to actual work. @@TechiDevices Hi I look at everything. I have two sticks that I bought, each have 128 Gb. I need the adapter to use on my iPhone & iPad. Everything I looked at you have to buy a stick & adapter with it. I already got two brand new photo sticks. Just the adapter.

I am computer savvy and have wasted hours trying to get this thing to work. Ain’t happening
Glorified overpriced usb stick - it’s just
a clunky manual thing and I was sent 32 gb stick to add 30000 photos. Took me hours of manual faffing to do 450 photos… apparently there’s a “button” to delete the downloaded photos, ( doesn’t work) manually doing everything - you cant even download in folders or years, it’s going to take me weeks to pass it back and forth. I deleted the photos manually and the second back up it still downloaded the old ones even tho they completely deleted !! Haven’t seen any duplicates organised. Back to square one ..

Casualidad. Realiza las mismas funciones que cualquier HDD externo al cual le dejes configurado realizar volcados de memoria.
Sin mas, no le veo la magnificencia al producto, puede que funcione, pero no es ni de broma para tanto...
Se parece mas a un producto hecho por chiquillos...
La gente que tiene problemas de espacio, se queda corta teniendo discos duros extraibles de 1TB y 2TB, y mucho mas, con el mismo tipo de volcado de memoria, que este supuesto milagro vuestro..., onde vais con 256GB?

Produit inutile et cher. Ne prend pas les dossiers, ni les sous-dossiers. Les photos sont classées en désordre, cela prend un temps fou pour les retrouver. Elles ne sont pas organisées. Je suis vraiment déçue par ce produit. Une simple clé USB classe beaucoup mieux mes photos.

It’s a scam. Do not waste your money on this.
It's impossible to install the damned thing unless you have some sort of advanced computer/phone knowledge. I just pissed away a lot of money on the device and spent an unbelievable amount of time trying to get the f***ing thing to actual work. I finally gave up and through the piece of garbage in the trash. Save your money, don't buy it.
