I would say the Rennsport rendition is probably the best looking track I've ever seen in a racing sim. There are so many unique elements... graffiti on the barriers, curbs, and splashes of paint here and there. Most sims will just use the same texture repeatedly throughout the whole track, not so here. There is tons of personality. The lighting is superb and brings everything together wonderfully. In the end it just looks natural. Wow, what an effort.
I'd say Rennsport looks better than ACC. More natural colours, tarmac has very good texture and foliage looks more life like. There's some interesting details of track you can't see in ACC. Good job RS
@@6ixups I'll try get the gold FP later so I can see for myself. Does look promising though. Although the lack of triple screen support is annoying. Why any new sim racing title wouldn't support it from day 1 with the amount of players/content creators now opting for a triple setup.
@@lassepfeffer8252 would prefer a few picture adjustments in game. Adjusting monitors would be annoying on my triples each time I want to race on Rennsport. Have found using nvidia filters reduce fps
The lighting is much better in Rennsport, especially the sun glare, it's too much in ACC, maybe a bit too much contrast, could do with dialling back a touch Little details like graffiti on barriers and different colour tents are better in Rennsport, rather than just white tents in ACC
sat watching this had me thinking the same. acc lighting makes the game look way older than it is. the repetition of world props really shows when i sit back and watch too.
Graphics to Rennsport but the lighting is off. Lighting to ACC though graphics aren't as good as Rennsport the lighting is far more consistent to me in terms of shadows.
Rennsport certainly has better graphics but it needs it to make up for everything else. Although even then, RS does seem to suffer a bit from the overly shiny/reflective nature that distant textures seem to have in many UE games
Rennsport allows you to change the in car display to MPH, ACC you can't change from KPH. I'm UK based so prefer MPH. You can only change the overlay speedo (not seen in video).
visually, RS looks great. but the business model is a train wreck before they even started. they started selling skins in the open beta lmao. i don't have high hopes. AC evo is set to release this year, LMU is doing pretty good with a good playerbase... meanwhile they're apparently desperate for funding, and it seems to be stuck in early access hell. it seems to have potential, but i have very little confidence in the devs actually being able to deliver a complete product and not tear it to shreds with dumb microtransactions. visuals in a sim are waaay down the list of priorities, cause when you're driving you usually have better things to do than admiring the scenery. if it looks great it's just a bonus, but if the fundamentals are great the visuals really don't matter. i still play gtr2 for the fantastic AI racing...
I think this looks more like a “preorder” bundle than anything else. I’d rather they sell skins than tracks, means I am more likely to be able to avoid paying anything to enjoy the game. Apex Legends is hugely successful like this.
yeah rennsport looks better but still kinda meh. not overwhelming. i doubt that this game will be THE new sim. only gt3 is boring, i know they told to add more and more classes but again judging at the curent pace i ll probably be dead till then.
The game is in beta, don't expect all features to be avilable right now. The following statement is on their website FAQ. Yes, RENNSPORT supports VR. It is currently in an early stage of development, but available for public testing! As for Triple-Screen setups, at the moment, RENNSPORT does not support native triple screen set-ups.

I don't like the moire effect on some objects in Rennsport. Especially visible in the background and on the curbs 00:39
I'd say Rennsport does a pretty good job. The colours see more life like than ACC although a little more contrast on Rennsport wouldn't hurt
I think they've done a great job, will definately be a serious competitor for ACC

Contrast can u maybe do in monitor setting or gpu software 🎉

Yet to drive it, will have to do that this weekend
The rendering of shadows on trees has always bothered me on ACC

What you mean by the "lighting is off" ?
Overall Rennsport looks better, the distant haze in particular.
I prefer some aspects of ACC, grass and kerbs in particular. FPS a lot better too.
Please Rennsport add A.I. races quickly

What is more realistic now? ACC or Rennsport?
It depends what you want to compare as realistic, graphics, physics, FFB?
The Speed dosn't match
Rennsport faster lap ACC more KM/H 😅

I'm patiently waiting for AC Evo, this has a precident to keep up to with the sucess of AC and ACC. In my mind I think AC+ACC=ACE

ACC has always been way oversaturated. It's always been baffling to me that people think the graphics are good.
Multiplayer mod is important .Iracing hawe shit grafic and the multiplayer mod is super.
I drove it for 5 minutes and went back to LMU. Sorry, Rennsport.

There’s already more than GT3, GT4 was released this week and they have TCR, LMDh, cup cars and the praga.
The praga is ass though.
in 2024 simracing game without triple screen support…..joke…
