Curious, so many people fault the C series for only having one card slot. That it's very risky. In the years since you've been using the A7C and now A7Cii, have you ever had a sd card fail? I can't remember every having one fail on me in 20 years.
Really valid point Harry. I’m always a bit scared to say it out loud… just incase I jinx it 😉 However, also similar to you I haven’t had one fail on any Sony camera in the past 15yrs…
I guess if you’re a pro and need that extra insurance it’s needed!?
love watching your videos you are always so up beat 🙂. Are you using the EVF and if so how is it?
Thanks Rob - really glad you are enjoying. To be honest I don't really find myself using the EVF that much at all. Sometimes I do review images on the go with it - and for this I find it 'enough'. Historically I wouldn't have gone without one but I often find myself shooting low and high where it is way easier to use the screen...

I did have a little look at it. However, I really wanted something to cater to both photography and video. In fact I definitely lean more toward photo than video overall. The ZVE1 is video-first so wouldn't pick it over this as has a 12MP sensor (I believe) whereas the A7cii has 33MP.

I would have expected that you mention the lenses you’ve used and their size. I wouldn’t want to use that small and compact camera with huge lenses.
Thanks for checking out the video. I didn't want to go too long on this video but great idea to talk about the specific lenses used with the A7cII. I think I'll add this to my list.
