I have found a date based dessert that really satisfies. It is Savory Date & Pistachio Bites. It incorporates date, pistachios, raisins, fennel seeds and a bit of ground pepper. To me the fennel seeds really make the taste unique and yummy. Sometimes I even add twice the amount. Really satisfying!
I have been having plain greek yogurt with pomagranites and the juice plus halo's segmented around it then drizzle local honey on top. It's really good. The orange goes very well with the tangy of the yogurt.
Love making baklava!! I recently got a Popsicle maker from my local buy nothing group. Blended mango and strawberries with some water and honey and made my kiddos popsicles. They were a big hit.
My favorite dessert is peanut butter pie with a walnut pistachio Brazilian Hazel nuts as the pie shell I take Cool whip and blueberries strawberries raspberries chunks of Apple fresh pineapple mix it all in the Cool whip put it in your pie shell and dust the top with fine you waited Grand nuts left from your pie shell with a little bit of dark chocolate shavings over the top yum it's very healthy dessert
I like to take 2 dates slice them open and remove the pit and then I melt a piece of dark chocolate and melt it and spoon it into the middle of the dates.
I’m wondering if I could eat a no sugar candy made with only monk fruit, it is also non gmo and doesn’t have seed oil or anything artificial. Thank you
Hm, I don’t see why not! But know that fruit still does contain sugar, but if eaten in its whole form, does not have the same effect on the body as extracted sugar added to foods
Cottage cheese with frozen blueberries, a little chopped walnuts and a drizzle of date syrup. There is a cottage cheese that is fermented called Good Culture. It is very good. My favorite unhealthy dessert is probably “chocolate anything” 😂
My healthy go to is Greek yogurt mix in a tsp of unsweetened almond butter mix top with fresh raspberries drizzle honey and shaved dark chocolate on top, but unhealthy nothing beats a warm chocolate chip cookie 😂
good question! the Mediterranean Diet is a pretty old pattern of eating - people in the Mediterranean region of the world have been eating this way for 100s-1000s of years. All of the cultures of the Mediterranean eat desserts like fruit, nuts and seeds, and frozen treats!
When nothing but chocolate will do I'll have a bit of vegan hazelnut chocolate spread with some sliced apples, or bananas or berries. No recipe, and just however many fresh fruit ingredients you want.
