    Well done. Thanks for playing along! Agreed that the carry-all is invaluable. Since we don't have an ATV or side-by-side, the tractor with a carry-all makes getting around with stuff possible; just not super fast.

    Concerning the IBCs, you may want to get the bags. They are placed on pallets and you can get a full third of a cord or face cord in them.

    • @TCsOutdoors1
      @TCsOutdoors1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have thought about the bags, they would be cheaper for sure and like you said a face cord in each one. I’m going to the Paul Bunyan show in there weeks and I’m going to give the bags a good look! Thanks for watching

    Tony well done, good job explaining your uses and differences. It’ll take me a bit to get my video out but I’ll get it done eventually. My truck is still in the shop and I have some implements at the property.

    New subscriber here.
    I too have a passion for firewood. Being out in the woods and cutting firewood is therapy for me
    We have a 224 acre farm in northeast Iowa with 100 acres of hardwood timber.
    I have a Huskee 22 ton splitter that I have modified to handle monster blocks. My timber is very mature.
    I recently had 2 monster trees go down in a windstorm. They were both old enough that they were both saplings in the Civil War.

      Hi Gary thanks for the sub! My firewood hobby is therapy for me as well, it’s hard work but very rewarding!

    Like the video. When I got my Ck2620 i only added the backhoe as I needed to do a lot of digging at the time. Now I'm using it to clean up brush and started to build a trail up the mountain property.
    A rotary cutter, forks and rototille are next on the list for me.
    I been lucky enough to use implements that were my grandfather's like the landscape blade, disc harrows, and plows.

      A used rotary cutter and tiller are definitely on my want list for implants.

    Hey Tony. I'm liking this tractor talk that everyone is doing. The fork to grapple comparison and price was interesting. These discussions will help someone make the right choice.

    i agree, i have the stuff you talked about. a cutting edge (standard 1/2'' x 6'' ) huge improvement for sod peel and virgin earth.. hydraulic top link. pats easy change. all these are $200-$250 each.nice video

      Thanks! I would definitely like to get a hydraulic top link, that would be a huge time saver.

    Interesting video. Adds to the thought required when purchasing a tractor. A lot of people think if it’s got 4 wheels and a bucket that’s all you need. I also liked your comparison/option for forks as opposed to a grapple. Each has its place, but the forks are a wee bit more versatile. However, you should also have mentioned that once you have a tractor….. you’ll wonder how you ever lived without one! Taking down trees, carrying wood, leveling ground, using the bucket as a work bench….. the uses are endless!

    • @TCsOutdoors1
      @TCsOutdoors1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Your right about that, I don’t ever want to be without a tractor! Thanks for watching I appreciate it.

    I agree with your choices Tony. I do not have a carry all, but a ballast box instead.

    • @TCsOutdoors1
      @TCsOutdoors1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ve considered a ballast box also, they are more compact and maybe I would back in to as much stuff. Take care-Tony

    Nice video TC. I do agree with you. Our tires are loaded as well and we could use more weight in the back. When we got our tractor we added the 3 function.

    • @TCsOutdoors1
      @TCsOutdoors1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m always pushing the tractor a little to hard, can’t imagine not have the extra weight in the tires. It probably gets sketchy quick. Take care-Tony

    Very nice video! I have the 2040 Bobcat witch is a Kioti 40 hp with a bobcat high lift, hydrostatic. I like all of you attachments. 👍up on having the rear tires loaded, much needed! Thanks for the video it’s always nice seeing someone else’s ideas.

    Good morning! Also recently did the 5 add-ons video, I like your selection. I was dead set on getting a Kioti also but Kubota dealership was much closer and they had the tractor in stock. Couldn't risk going through winter without a snowblower unfortunately. I agree that what you get for the price is phenomenal. Having said that I do love my Kubota though he he! Cheers, Alex.

    • @TCsOutdoors1
      @TCsOutdoors1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Alex! I would have chosen the kubota if the kioti dealer wasn’t as close, I don’t like the idea of not having the parts and service close when you need it. Thanks for watching I appreciate it, Take care-Tony

    What's uuuuup? Never understood a tractor w only one hydraulic remote ( even tho I have one ), so much farm equipment requires 2. Can you put saw scabbard on the front so It doesn't take up room for wood. I put mine on front, but , I'm using slightly bigger 🚜🚜🚜 so I've probably got more room 😅. Then I found that there's enough room between the top bar of frame ( from TSC) and the boards to slide a saw bar in. Borrow some of Chuck's sheep, they'll clean it up for ya.

    • @TCsOutdoors1
      @TCsOutdoors1  ปีที่แล้ว

      What’s up Brandon! I think I could move the scabbard to the other side, it would make getting the saw out when it’s loaded a bunch easier. I’ll have to check it out thanks!

      @@TCsOutdoors1 and I've found w the saw in front it'll help hold a piece or 2 from falling off

    Tractor is in my next 3 year plan, so great chat man. I really like the Kioti's but I don't have a dealer close by for them. New Holland, Deere and Kubota are very close though, so I'll weigh my options then.

    I looked up carry all for tractors. None have the wood on them that yours does. They're all just metal frames. Did you add the wood?

    • @TCsOutdoors1

      Yes I added the wood to the frame. Here’s a link to the video I used for inspiration, hope this helps you. th-cam.com/video/gLCyvbW9sv8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=i_jY4B11U4mLYhsn

      It’s 60” made by HLA, I’m not sure of the exact model number.
