I'm coming from the Sunflower Bag Lining video because I'm finally ready to sew the lining, and I really wanted to incorporate a zipper if I could. Again, your tutorials make everything so much easier! You're doing a great job turning the impossible into possible! :)
Unique way of adding a zippered lining to a crocheted pouch. Thanks for sharing!

Thankyou for sharing can’t wait to try this.
Thank you so much for sharing....I just love the pouch❤
You're so good at explaining every step. Can't wait to try this out :)

Wonderful..tq for sharing
Thank you ❤
Thank you for this tutorial. I am doing exactly the same project roght now I struggle with sewing the cloth and the zipper. Bu my cloth is polyester and it is difficult to work it. And I use my hand now a sewing machine.
I just found out about you on Instagram and I have already subscribed. Your designs are simple and adorable. I love them!
Thank you so much!!
Maravilhosa👏🏻❤️
Hi!! I was wanting to know how to crochet in the handle? Like what stitch would I use. But I really enjoyed this tutorial! Your projects always looks so neat and perfect!!!♥️
Thanks so much! When I add the wrist strap, I believe it’s called a romanian chord that I use :)
How to increase the square by adding one more outer line?
HI, I have a question; what machine sewing needle do you use so that it goes through all three fabrics (crochet, zip and lining) as any video i watch they never say what size needle? Thanks.
Hi, I'd like to know is one skein of weight 50gr enough to make this beautiful work?
Very very nice from India
Hello ma'am!!! Which brand sewing machine is that??
What type of sewing machine do you use?
What colors do you use for the flower? I am trying to to order the yarn. I love your design.. thank you for sharing.
Thanks so much! I use lion brand 24/7 cotton for the sunflower in the colours cafe au lait, camel and lemon :)
I love this pouch and hope to make it soon. what foot did you use on the machine when sowing crochet items or even zippers? Im a beginner with the sewing machine. Also, what kind of zipper did you use that isn’t metal or plastic? Thank you 😅❤️
I just use the regular foot that came with my machine, but I know there are zipper foots that you can use too :). And I use an all purpose coil zipper.
Thank you so much for your quick reply!
can you crochet into the zipper itself, add the lining then finish the bag?
Yep you could for sure do it that way!
Love your tutorials! Question though...at 24:21 you show a sewed end to the zipper, but at 29:13 it shows a different end to the zipper - one with the metal clip stopper. So the first zipper you show was one that was too long and you cut it to fit, and the last one was an exact fit? How would you incorporate the end of the zipper for the version that is sewed and cut? Do you just tuck it in when you finish it off on that end? I assume that's it? Thanks!!
Thank you! It’s the same zipper through out (just opposite ends of the zipper; there is the bottom stop and the top stop). The bottom stop is the one that stops the zipper from becoming completely unzipped (which is the side you would cut/create new stopper by sewing across). And then the other side has the top stop with the two little medal pieces for when the zipper is closed (that side stays the same/doesn’t get cut). When crocheting around to attach the pouch sides together, I just keep the cut end tucked inwards and crochet over it so it's inside the pouch and then pin into place/adjust as need be (29:07). I hope that makes sense, and I apologize for the late reply!
@@AlyssiaCreates thanks so much for clarifying, appreciate you responding!

Bonsoir, je vous découvre sur TH-cam et m abonne. Belle soirée 🐿😻🍁
Hi, looking forward to making this. Query: haven't you used a plastic teeth zip here?
Hi! I use an all purpose coil zipper - what I mean by not using a zipper with plastic teeth is the ones that you can’t sew through because it’s hard plastic. The coil zipper you can sew through :)
@@AlyssiaCreates thank you. Let me check if I get this here in India.
Has anyone successfully done a liner without a sewing machine?
