She has a solo song called Run which was a great opportunity for her to show off her range, but she played it safe. I just don’t understand the idea behind choosing a weaker sound for your own songs. Nicole deserves far more recognition than she gets she's an amazing vocalist and always has been.
She gets a lot of international recognition. No offense, but I think people in the U.S. often don't realize that we're not the only people in the world. I admit that TH-cam opened up a whole new world for me. I now watch shows like "The Voice Global" and am discovering that people who are huge stars in Europe and Australia are often unknown in the U.S.
She performed with 5 Phantoms … awesome voice!And her interpretation of each cover she sings is always uniquely Nicole. She sings with so much emotion you’re carried along with her.

WOW!!! I always liked Nicole, but I must admit I was not expecting those vocals. Big thumbs up for Nicole.
So you missed her three performances fpr the British Royal family - one was from The Phantom of the Opera. Andrew Lloyd Weber revised Cats for her in London and sh was nominated for their Olivier Award (like the US's Tony) for her performance of Memories. She also sang Evita for Andrew on the televised celebration of his plays. WITHOUT Question she has the voice of her generation like Adam Lambert.

I disagree. Three of them are never underrated. They're well rated by those who know music. Those who don't rate them well are actually people who know nothing about music and natural talent. Natural talent is not for the regular people to rate but for those who are gifted. Only gifted people can see how good other gifted people are. Those who don't appreciate truly gifted talents such as Bjork, Lorde, Billie Eilish, Nina Simone, Van Morrison, Janis Joplin (and so many others in both past and present times) are simply the ones who are destined to be just listeners or regular audience. Nothing wrong about them but God has only created a few in every million.

It's very, very technical and out of Nicole's range, IMO. Otherwise, I adore her voice and love her Evita "Don't Cry for Me Argentina." I'd like to hear Nicole take on some songs from Moulin Rouge...amd some softer songs, not just belting powerhouse ballads.

Her transitions are absolutely flawless! I wasn’t expecting her to deviate for the melody, but it was thrilling. I also love how she used more head voice in the beginning to really save her voice for the resounding belting at the end. Superb. I believe I’ve found my favorite rendition. 💜

I know she is CAPABLE of belting the whole song; I was complimenting her very healthy technique here. She is going to last a long time in the industry because she is singing correctly and not belting her way through a song just because she can. She is singing the song with nuance. Way to take a compliment and turn it into something negative.

Should be a more respected solo artist. She really has really major star potential and power. Hope she does more classic music. when she's ready. Also when covid goes. she should do more west end and Broadway/ musical films.
she has done many theatre gigs like Phantom of the Opera and Cats. She just does not break this barrier to superstardom she deserve.
