Stuffed Peppers: www.tasteofhom...
Fat Bomb Fluff:
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
(I use 3- 4 Tbsp)
1 box sugar-free pudding (your choice) l use cheesecake flavor
1/2 cup Lily's milk chocolate chips (I use about a cup and mix 1/2 milk chocolate and 1/2 semi-sweet chips)
In a medium bowl, blend heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, and pudding until fluffy.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Enjoy!!
keep refrigerated
Next time don't boil the peppers... that's why they broke down. And red and yellow peppers are tastier! We used to get this at least once a week when I was growing up. Always had tomato sauce mixed in though. I love it!
I always added tomato sauce on top so I kept telling Amy “Put some tomato sauce on top! “ 😊
I love to make up a meatloaf mixture and put in peppers. It's so good
Taco Casserole with the leftovers Amy would be delicious!!
Patricia
For stuffed peppers I just use a meatloaf mixture I make with a little cooked rice added in. Stuff that in the raw pepper halves and top with a small can of tomato sauce mixed with a little sugar and some garlic powder. Than just cover with foil and bake them in the oven until the peppers are soft. The meat and rice will cook at the same time...easy. No need to boil them first. 😊
Great tip! Thank you!!!
Try stuffing peppers with Italian sausage, orzo, and a can of garlic/ basil diced tomatoes, along with parmesanan and mozzarella. Absolute game changer. I use half sweet, half hot Italian sausage. It's a nice switch up from the regular scheme gular beef recipe. Top with sauce and shredded mozzarella
Thanks for the tips!
Those look SO good. My mom used to do those growing up. I need to do them again. Thanks for sharing!
LOL @Kips running in to see what's cookin'!
Yum-I love a good stuffed pepper and those look fantastic!!😋
I'm glad you are open to suggestions❤. I cut the peppers in half stuff them. arrange them in a baking dish just large enough to hold them. Add water about 1/2 cup to bottom of pan, cover pan with aluminum foil. 400 35 to 40 minutes. Uncover. Add cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes.
These are the instructions for Martha Stewarts Stuffed peppers with couscous which is on you tube. Love that recipe too.
Thank you!
Dark chocolates my fave. Everything looked so yummy 😊
Dip strawberries into the fluff😋yum!
I make a much easier version of the stuffed bell peppers. Instead of chopping onions and tomatoes, I use pace picante extra thick salsa to the hamburger meat and rice. Awesome with garlic bread and a side salad!!😋 For left overs you can get Fritos scoops and have it as a dip and chip snack!! ❤
That's a great idea!
@@awaygirl My family absolutely loves it!! 👍
My mouth was watering the second I saw your thumbnail ❤ 🤤
So good
girl they look amazing,great job.
Thank you so much!!
Love stuffed peppers, I use to make them all the time, I guess I will have to make them again, I don't boil my peppers I just put them in a glass dish and stuff them with all the the yummy mixture! Thanks for sharing Amy ❤
Maybe adding a few drops of vanilla extract would make that fluff better.
Hi Amy! I like to use the leftover rice filling the next day in a quesadilla with a little cheese on top then pan fried in a little butter or toasted in a quesadilla maker. Excited to try your chocolate idea for the fluff!
Great tip!
I LOVE stuffed peppers so much! Now I'm gonna have to make them this week, those look delicious! 😋
tomatoes on the vine,chefs kiss.
Hi Amy 😀 your peppers look delicious but try Spanish Rice a Roni next time so much easier you’ll love it then top with shredded cheese it’s delicious too
You could do tacos with leftovers....or burritos

They tasted so good!! I don't think you could make them into little balls, I think it's too soft but you could try it and maybe freeze them!?!?
I like stuffed peppers. I usually buy Stouffers when I get a craving. You made it look easy, so I will have to try this.
❤
Hi Amy & Kips❤. Food looked yummy, I love peppers although here in Oz they’re called capsicums & the red or yellow ones here are the best .
Thursday night here . Finally this awful weeks nearly over. Sorry we’ve been MIA. Bad time for us . Our cat loved to sneak out of the home to try & see her male friend . Unfortunately Monday evening when we were distracted she did get out , but for some reason went next door. Got attacked by their dog , sadly didn’t make it. I’m glad Mason was asleep , didn’t hear /see it. But poor Masons mental health is not good , worse now , it’s been tough. Please keep us in your thoughts .💔 I hope you enjoy the rest of your week, take care xx .
Oh no!! I am so sorry to hear about your cat!! That just breaks my heart, poor Mason I know it has to be super hard for him, how are you holding up? These things are so hard!! I hope you have a better weekend.
@@awaygirl thank you 🙏
Everything looks delicious you made. Now I am hungry and it is midnite. Love it when you cook.

Great minds!!
Those stuffed peppers look delish! 😊
Your food always looks so good! I love your cooking videos. 😊
Thank you!
Amy have a blessed day.
Just an idea, but on the fluff could you do peanut butter and vanilla extract instead of pudding. Wonder how that would taste. Great video, you're the best ❤
I used to like stuffed peppers. Im allergic to peppers now.I eat such a bland diet. Old lady food.❤
They look lovely.
I've cooked in this heat and the meal is gone in a half hour like you I was so hot I wasen't even hungry. Great job on your peppers.. I would cooked up some cabbage and add cabbage to it or if it cools off cabbage rolls. Smile's to you all day❤
Hi Amy, I have a recipe you might like called Stuffed Pepper Skillet. It calls for cauliflower rice which I get frozen & just heat it in the microwave. I’m making it tomorrow for supper. It’s so good & so healthy!
Stuffed Pepper Skillet
Ingredients:
18.75 oz ground beef
1 3/4 c. green bell peppers (chopped)
3 c. riced cauliflower
2 c. shredded cheese
2 1/2 c. canned diced tomatoes (drain well)
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add peppers & cook until tender. Add onions.
Add in well drained tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce & riced cauliflower. Add salt & pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Turn off heat & mix in cheese until melted.
I usually make enough to freeze so I will go ahead and brown up 2 pounds of ground beef and add in two green peppers. I just eat mine in a bowl. When you were talking about rice, I said out loud just use cauliflower rice Amy. 😂 I hope you will try it and enjoy it. Hugs, Kathy in Arkansas 💕
Oh yay!! Thank you for the recipe!!!!
You are always so pretty, dont matter if you did just wake up.❤
Thank you friend!
Amy, I looked up the Marketside beef company and it's owned by Walmart, big surprise. I haven't seen it at my Walmart. I love stuffed peppers, haven't made them in a while though.
Hi... haven't had stuffed peppers since Home EC in school....I'm not too crazy for peppers..but I eat them on pizza....LoL..... Deborah 🇨🇦
Yum Amy😊
😋
Were you able to taste tje tomatoes? Ive never seen it made like that. Always use salsa or a little tomato paste or sauce. But yours made that way doesnt look as messy or soggy. But just wonder can ya taste the cooked tomatoes?
Yes, I could taste them!
