I don't know if any of you know, but the title of the piece is the name of the jazz drummer Gene Krup, the best in my opinion of all times, up to this Polish background. Just today I reminded son about Apollo 440, mega music.
got a deleted cassette from my local library knew nothing about it buy it blew me away, lost cassette, now all these years later found them again courtesy of the net. Thanks boys!
It's kinda funny that the wong is about "Gene Krupa's syncopated style", but there is hardly any syncopation in the song. It's a basic "4 on the floor" beat style.

Mick Tucker's Drum Intro from 'Ballroom Blitz' (Sweet), sampled and sped up - nothing to do with Gene Krupa - was actually based on Sandy Nelson's 'Drumming up a Storm'.
