@@1983DJChahin I still love much of the dance/trance/house of the 90's and early 2000's.And many other kinds of music, as someone once wrote: "there are only 2 kinds of music: good and bad" 🙂 Good luck with your music and I've never been to Brazil but certainly it's on my list, seems to be a beautiful country, ciao!
The amazing thing for me about The Chemical Brothers, is that they actually composed electronic music; it was not like a remix of a remix of a remix of 1000 samples and a few FL beats, or at least thats not how it felt. It felt like real music made by REAL musicians, like any rock or jazz band. Thats the biggest thing for me Amazing classic
@@marthacunningham2028 hahahaha, are you kidding? or you really don't have the minimum idea about what you are saying or you just dare to speak any BS that came to your mind. They have an arsenal of electronic machinery since day one, and yes, they use samples and most of them are recorded by themselves, so what?
I just realized most of the Chemical Brothers music videos are people on acid trips. Maybe because they're the *Chemical* Brothers... It all makes sense now.
Lmao!!! CHEMICAL BACK WHEN U COULD TRIP AND NOT OVERTRIP DEAD,HAD TO WAIT 48HRS OR LONGER FOR A BETTER TRIP. AWWWWWW HIGH SCHOOL THE GOOD DAYS,HAHAHAHAHAH
Yes, back then (1999) there was a thing called MTV (ok, it's still around, but imho it's more of a niche thing now). I saw this track and loved it. The video makes it even better. The Chemical Brothers getting out of the car at the end look a bit like the "twins" from the movie Matrix.
Same! I literally danced on my fave club's counter to this song, among a crowd of 4000 people, in a transe, sweaty - and a bit inebriated - as the morning started to show up (the perks of an open roof club). The feeling was crazy. It's etched in my brain forever 😆 I wouldn't go back to 18 though. Or my 20s. Hell, even my 30s. I like it so much more now, the woman I've become as well. But ngl... being able to handle nights out and lack of sleep like it's nothing and not experiencing what feels like a week-long hangover if I celebrate whatever a bit too hard, well... it sounds kind of tempting 😬
Of course these guys are wonderful, but my real hero is the wonderful Jean Mitchel Aubert - in 1997 he was kind enough to rescue a couple of ailing Moog ones from a bankrupt orphanage in Vienna - the very same instruments on which he later went on to compose his seminal classics 'Succulent Strings' and the genre bending ' Botswana Bleeps'. What a guy.
I came back for another visit to this track and realised I should have mentioned the following ones as well: 1) Jerome Isma - Ae - Wilde - Extended Mix ) 2)Fausto_Fanizza,Susie_Ledge,Thomas_Schwartz - I_Can't_Be_Found_Feat._Susie_Ledge_(Original_Mix) 3) Underworld - Born Slippy Not really the same type of music but the vibes are close, at least for me.
As a child I played a game and this song played, I spent years looking for the name of the song and today I don't even remember the name of the game. Finally, I found the song again... until 2024 almost 2025 Damn.

My dad showed this song to me

song aged so well it’s hard to believe it was released in the 90’s.
2024....this track will never die. Epic ❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
WE will die,but not that fuckin great music

The amazing thing for me about The Chemical Brothers, is that they actually composed electronic music; it was not like a remix of a remix of a remix of 1000 samples and a few FL beats, or at least thats not how it felt. It felt like real music made by REAL musicians, like any rock or jazz band. Thats the biggest thing for me
Amazing classic
Lol, music and lyrics are both samples 🙄
@@marthacunningham2028 they made an even better job making it sound like an entirely new thing then! I was wrong for decades LOL
Naaah all was made with samples the diference is this was not digital thats why sound fucking amazing
@@DDONNRICARTUR Why are you so mad? The lyrics are sampled from Rock Master Scott and the high synth line is from Joeski Love.
I just realized most of the Chemical Brothers music videos are people on acid trips. Maybe because they're the *Chemical* Brothers... It all makes sense now.
@Tarek Said most 90s house was especially the UK scene.
Michael Gondry's artworks are high af.

Lmao!!! CHEMICAL BACK WHEN U COULD TRIP AND NOT OVERTRIP DEAD,HAD TO WAIT 48HRS OR LONGER FOR A BETTER TRIP. AWWWWWW HIGH SCHOOL THE GOOD DAYS,HAHAHAHAHAH
Yep. But Crystal Meth is also Chemical 😉
Finally, THIS is good disco music!

The Chemical Brothers have by far the best ever electronic music videos.
I’m in love with the evil version of the Setting Sun girl to this day
alongside The prodigy. Those two bands were way ahead of their time.
Who is here in 2029?

OMG! Finally found this song! 🔥
That was fast! 14 years!? Took me 20
lol
Yes, back then (1999) there was a thing called MTV (ok, it's still around, but imho it's more of a niche thing now).
I saw this track and loved it. The video makes it even better.
The Chemical Brothers getting out of the car at the end look a bit like the "twins" from the movie Matrix.
Hey girls hey boys.....
OH MY... GOOD FOR U.
It's the acid trip on this back then. ...90s were fabulous 🤌
The peak of humanity.
Let it back
Anos 90,melhor época.😍
I remember taking X... And I remember warehouse parties where a lot of DJs became famous...I miss those days!❤
Born 1981, this track changed my youth 😅...
Same!
I literally danced on my fave club's counter to this song, among a crowd of 4000 people, in a transe, sweaty - and a bit inebriated - as the morning started to show up (the perks of an open roof club). The feeling was crazy. It's etched in my brain forever 😆
I wouldn't go back to 18 though.
Indeed. Same goes to me. 1981
The sample is probably as old as you 😅
When the calcium hits juuuust right
Ohh, this is awesome, goosebumps, great music and even after 26 years sounds even better! Thank you Chemical Brothers!
This song was my introduction to the chemical brothers when I was around 12 years old..classic song

I was 19! In 1999!
🙂 Thanx The Chemical Brothers

Of course these guys are wonderful, but my real hero is the wonderful Jean Mitchel Aubert - in 1997 he was kind enough
to rescue a couple of ailing Moog ones from a bankrupt orphanage in Vienna - the very same instruments on which he later went on to compose his seminal classics 'Succulent Strings' and the genre bending ' Botswana Bleeps'. What a guy.
next song in the playlist after this one must be either "Smack my bitch up" or "firestarter" . It's a must
Or, DIESEL POWER.

Noooo voodoo people
I came back for another visit to this track and realised I should have mentioned the following ones as well:
1) Jerome Isma - Ae - Wilde - Extended Mix )
2)Fausto_Fanizza,Susie_Ledge,Thomas_Schwartz - I_Can't_Be_Found_Feat._Susie_Ledge_(Original_Mix)
3) Underworld - Born Slippy
Not really the same type of music but the vibes are close, at least for me.
That riff that starts at 1:16 reminds me of one of the level bosses from Streets of Rage
