    By the way your brain is not really silly. As a person that suffers from mental stuff. I listen to motivational speeches, TRY to work out rest and diet. But you are on the way to achieve your goals. Is one step at a time. In my case the "minimum" goal is to make my bed. I been working out most of my life and I don't like ppl looking at me while I do it (I have trained people and have certification on personal training.) Weird IK. Anyways GOOD JOB like I said before I am so happy to know about u and see u are alive!!! Yooooo
