  • day one is literally 15 minutes long I AM THE WORST.
    the editing is also all over the place because i haven't had proper time to sit down and learn adobe premiere and have absolutely no patience with my current skill-level, so once i make it past a certain point in the vid, it's there forever T_T we'll get there, we'll get there

    the little park you take walks in is so pretty and scenic!! I can imagine how peaceful it is to just disconnect from the world there

      it really is! T_T i keep telling myself i need to find other locations to change it up a bit, but i really like it there lol

    also, in terms of eating and exercising, the most common practice is to eat your big meal afterwards. that way, your muscles get to repair themselves with protein, your cells convert fats to short-term energy and carbs to long-term energy (good for fighting hunger and fatigue that can happen after a workout), etc. if it’s difficult to exercise on an empty stomach (which is definitely me), fruit is a good snack for some quick energy to get you through your routine. and don’t feel guilty about getting fast food or a cinnamon roll pancake every once and a while (which sounds yummy af btw) no food is inherently bad and as a society we’re awful about equating certain foods with morality. eat what you gotta to keep your body working and functioning! and if you’re on a kick to be more healthy, just think about what you can add to a meal to make it more balanced (like adding the ham and spinach to the grits! super smart) instead of feeling obligated to cut certain things out. you got this, hun

      thank you for this info and comment T_T and yeah, i've mostly been just eating a banana before going out and then coming back for breakfast, so i'm glad i seem to be doing that part right! i usually don't like to eat a whole meal before exercising or doing anything active anyway, but i was worried i was doing more harm than good by waiting to eat. thank u ily ;-;

      @@KylieHughes definitely not doing more harm than good~ your body is pretty adaptable, so even if you eat your big meal before being active, it’ll be ok, I promise
