You did a long preinfusion with this shot. Are changing your time of preinfusion depending on which type of beans you have? I regularly do a 7-8sec preinfusion and wondering why your shot took so long. But at the end your espresso looks great! Was it bitter?
Thank you! It really depends on the bean and the roast date. I think that 7-8 seconds for pre-infusion is perfect. You can always go up and down according to the type of Coffee you are using. And you can always experiment and see what you like better. I hope this helps thank you for your feedback
What grind setting did you have the mignon on? Have the same LP professional and mignon specialita, beans passalacqua cremador and something is not right.
