Although, I followed what you mentioned, it keeps pouring too big of a shot. It pours about 500 ml for both 1 shot button and 2 shots button. Do you think it's fixable?

Didn’t see you turn the switch on and many say prime through steam first so but confusing which one is right.

I was wondering if I should buy a La Pavoni. I don’t think all these “experts” are helping the company. If anything it just makes it look like a big risk to buy one of them. I remember using a lever espresso machine many years ago, may have been a la pavoni but the shot was awesome regardless for a first time ever. I didn’t even know there were this kind of espresso machines (much less using one) and I fell in love with espresso because of that shot. Now, I don’t even know if I should get one. This “experts” make it look like rocket science. For now I am just going to stay with my No-lever espresso machine. Oh well!

I bought this when Starbucks first started to sell these. I am STILL using it to this day and it's amazing. Nothing has ever broken on it.

Looks lovely mate but the GS3 is so outdated for the price. I’ve had three LM machines and adore the brand but the MP I found so infuriating to use and the water wastage.

The gauge is not stuck it just stops at last pressure, then resets when pulling another shot. Those wood panels are nice!

When i turn on the coffe switch on my machine, there's no water coming out and the pressure meter does not move. What could becausing this? Ive confirmed that the water pump is working.

can you explain how the stainless steel 3 way valve is supposed to sit? my machine is leaking from there. i thought maybe the 4 screws were not tight enough, but they are. I would like to know where I can get a extra green drop shape gasket also, but I think it is leaking because its hard to tell which way it is installed, and I have it on the wrong way. Reply

I just received my Appartamento and the light turns green but within about a minute it starts to flash three times and pause and repeat. What is this indicating? I am using well water with lots of minerals so it should detect the full tank. I have the feeling the heat exchanger isn't pulling in any water and is tripping an overheat sensor and giving me the error code. Should the water in the tank drop when it is first initiated? I reached out to SCG yesterday for 46 minutes on hold and then they hung up on me. I should have done better research on where I bought from. So frustrating.

Awesome video!! I just got one In the manual is says to water back flush daily and chemical back flush once a week. Is there anyway you could make a video showing up to do that?

I have had this machine for 12 years, and totally awesome. This is made in Washington, and parts and service are excellent.

My old machine (same model as the video), that my parents now use, is getting on in age and now has buttons that don’t push. The power and setting buttons are ok, but the 1 and 2 shot buttons no longer depress and can’t make a shot. It powers up, heats up and still steams milk with no issues. Is there any way to fix buttons that are physically broken? Or is it toast? The buttons are not flush with the face like the power button is, but they light up ok. They don’t depress when you try pushing them, so it is strictly a milk steaming machine now.

Hi there I have the same machine, it was working now when I go to turn the machine on it trips my house circuit breaker. Could it be my heater element that is shorting the circuits? No actual black burn or short marks on the electrical side that I can see Cheers
