Equip the carcano in any slot, and then on that same slot choose your saddle to stow it away. When you get off horse, you should see the option to "grab carcano" and the gun should be visible on the horse. Sometimes works just by getting off the horse and he will automatically put it away. Go into gun store, customize weapons and choose carcano. Change the scope from whatever you have on currently to any other option. Go back to the customize screen and go on carcano, and click the button to put it on your back or shoulder. Go back to your horse and choose that option to grab carcano that you can see on the horse and you should see it fall to the floor. Pick up the gun off the floor and it should be a scopeless carcano. Whyem DLC, RDO and Smokes Combo it's what you're visible using as mods, besides the rampage trainer. Great video reviewing the weapons. very pleasant to watch and my stats are not far from the ones you got - just one thing we "don't agree": the 1899 is less underpowered than the semiauto and it seems like a machine guns being shot, imo faster and more reliable than the semiauto. Handguns, I surely agree with you, Schofield and Navy are the best, but I would had the LeMat - although unrealistic, very few were produced and had a lot of issues, at least first versions - just like the "springfield", in some ways, is overpowered and the reloading system works well for a rifle but not for a hand handled well single handed. Shotguns, don't like them, their just spammable weapons, but I would go with the most spammable of them all, the semiauto. Rifles, the 22 varmint can really kill a ped with just one shot, but it's good for rabbits and nothing else. I found the Springfield pretty dope, but the trap door makes it very slow, nonetheless It's a great backup sniper rifle when one shot is enough and the gun is pretty high powered. Carcano is my favourite as it is superior to the bolt action (both are bolt action, but well...) mainly when you can use with and without scope option view with one mounted on the top (don't use glitches where you would lose the scope, but mods that allow you to use iron sights or the scope as of your preference). also those long range scopes are crazy, only beaten by the firepower of the rolling block rifle, but as the springfield is too damn slow. Repeaters I only use the lancaster for historical reasons, the Lietchfield as the most powerful of the repeaters and meh, sometimes, the evans repeater just for the fun. I'm not a great fan of bows, even with the wide array of them with smoaks mod mainly. Pro: when you really need, for immersion sake, to be really stealthy. Kudos for the melee review,. It was a "bonus" I wasn't waiting for and very nice to watch your narrative. I only use express or high velocity on my guns (one of each in the handguns if I'm duel wielding) due to more firepower and for better ranged shots; explosive ammo to some crazy legendary animals, as we all no the pelt will never be damaged. Great video. Will see what more your channel have. 👍
My personal favorites are Cattleman revolver, Sawn off shotgun, and Lancaster repeater. My lancaster has blue and bronze steel to fit my Arthur outfit with blue everyday shirt and buckskin king vest.
The only thing that makes me not use the Scofield is that the way it breaks in half to reload and something about the gun just dosent look right to me also praise luna she is god
My favourite revolver is LeMat, bc it has 9 bullets and a additional 1 shotgun bullet. Its basically for a good last stand if you go out of ammo for your rifles.
My loadout in both Online and story is 2 Cattleman (maxed out), A pump action shotgun (maxed out) and a maxed out Lancaster, they work perfectly for me, feels very cowboy
All the comments, and nobody mentioned the LeMat 😔 I love the LeMat. It’s my favorite! I run the LeMat on my hip and the Volcanic Pistol as a backup. Then if I use the Bow to stealth all my missions, and the Evans Repeater for any survival missions. I only play freeaim, and the LeMat is the best fanning pistol. The Volcanic pistol is the best horseback weapon when being chased because of the damage and range it has. Makes me feel more like a true cowboy when I only rely on my gun belt. Ohh, and the LeMat’s shotgun comes in clutch during missions.

Removing the scope on a carcano makes it one of the best possible weapons. 6 rounds high damage and a fast reload. The only downside is you lose aim assist on console which you can use dead eye or just git gud.
Always ran a sawed off in my primary holster and a Mauser/Navy Revolver in my secondary simply because the Mauser in the primary holster looks like it dosent fit and you only really have the barrel stuffed in there
One thing about the hammer is that it does not have the same animations as the hatchet in online. It must have been the mod you used because in online, it is blunt and swift with the attacks
The second I got enough money in online I got two Schofields and use them over my navy revolver (the serial killer thing I got for free) and they are amazing
Sawed off shotgun tip for people undeserving of life like Micah shoot two bullets activate deadeye before you reload then shoot other two it’s basically 4 bullets probably works with other guns but sawed off shotguns it works best
Do you have all the holsters or none of the holsters? It only seems fair if you have one of those, as it changes the time it takes for these guns to get dirty. Also, long barrels make a draw from holster slower. That's why with each variant I have one with a short barrel and one with a long barrel.
I have most tailsmans and trinkets so that could’ve affected the condition rate. Draw speed was never an issue for me so i simply made accurate weapons
The shotguns are actually 20 gauge. You can see this in the RDR2 intro when you see the sawed off shotgun shooting. While it is reloading, it says 20 on it.
What mod do you use that has some of the extra customization on firearms? Like the shell holder on the double barrel, the wrapping around the sawed off, and some others.
I mean this is all humor and no offense. It always makes me laugh when people who know absolutely nothing about firearms talk about firearms. Great video though! Loved it. Just read up on terminology of the parts of the guns, as well as how calibers work.

🤙 appreciate it thanks for the feed back
My personal favorites are Cattleman revolver, Sawn off shotgun, and Lancaster repeater. My lancaster has blue and bronze steel to fit my Arthur outfit with blue everyday shirt and buckskin king vest.
The only thing that makes me not use the Scofield is that the way it breaks in half to reload and something about the gun just dosent look right to me also praise luna she is god
luna hungers
My favourite revolver is LeMat, bc it has 9 bullets and a additional 1 shotgun bullet. Its basically for a good last stand if you go out of ammo for your rifles.
@@JELONGreatMrRed valid
I used to use Schofield but now I’m using cattlemans again, they suit Arthur so well, and they are helping me get the most of the game without John
My loadout in both Online and story is 2 Cattleman (maxed out), A pump action shotgun (maxed out) and a maxed out Lancaster, they work perfectly for me, feels very cowboy
Definitely western with that one

Oh Lemat, boy where do i even start….
@@dukemeiser19 - My LeMat is gold with red etching and pearl handle. Normally I hate gold weapons, but I feel like I’ve earned it on my LeMat. Varmint rifle is really good for run and gun hipfire from my own personal experience
Plus, since it's so accurate, it's really easy to hit that one tap headshot
Easily my first pick for a combat weapon

The Carcano is based on the 1891 M91 Carcano rifle, not the 1938 one.
Removing the scope on a carcano makes it one of the best possible weapons. 6 rounds high damage and a fast reload. The only downside is you lose aim assist on console which you can use dead eye or just git gud.
I never wanna hear the word DOP again.

Fun fact i got ultimate edition when it was discounted so much that its price was lower than standard rdr2 lol

22:00 but its my favorite rifle to use in combat because of its fast fire rate lack of recoil, high range, and low sound.
Javirr Gonzalee and Micah Bell -e😭
Always ran a sawed off in my primary holster and a Mauser/Navy Revolver in my secondary simply because the Mauser in the primary holster looks like it dosent fit and you only really have the barrel stuffed in there
the mauser is about to fall out of the holster
One thing about the hammer is that it does not have the same animations as the hatchet in online. It must have been the mod you used because in online, it is blunt and swift with the attacks
interesting
The second I got enough money in online I got two Schofields and use them over my navy revolver (the serial killer thing I got for free) and they are amazing
After so long, you've finished 😢
pause
Sawed off shotgun tip for people undeserving of life like Micah shoot two bullets activate deadeye before you reload then shoot other two it’s basically 4 bullets probably works with other guns but sawed off shotguns it works best
Not sure if anybody else noticed myself but he did miss the high rollers Revolver
@@ethenrotsler1161 it’s a double action
You should break down peoples outfits next
Thanks bro
Do you have all the holsters or none of the holsters? It only seems fair if you have one of those, as it changes the time it takes for these guns to get dirty. Also, long barrels make a draw from holster slower. That's why with each variant I have one with a short barrel and one with a long barrel.
I have most tailsmans and trinkets so that could’ve affected the condition rate. Draw speed was never an issue for me so i simply made accurate weapons
What about Jim calloways gun
Those guns are in the gunslinger compilation which might cone out soon

The shotguns are actually 20 gauge. You can see this in the RDR2 intro when you see the sawed off shotgun shooting. While it is reloading, it says 20 on it.
mauser and navy for me agree duke sir?
it is a nice combo
What mod do you use that has some of the extra customization on firearms? Like the shell holder on the double barrel, the wrapping around the sawed off, and some others.

The only guns you have to consider is the Schofield, the like m19 something pistol (I forgor the name) the Lancaster repeater, bolt action or rolling back rifle, and the pump or semi shotgun. All the other guns kinda suck.
Literally every gun in the game is good. The game is pretty easy when you have crazy aim assist and can take 10 bullets without dying
