Order 66 Scene in Star Wars Games 2005-2019
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 22 พ.ย. 2019
- I have regrouped "Execute Order 66" from star war games in this video. Notice that I didn't include any modd scenes such like The Force Unleashed from PSP version. I did my best to check all the star wars games but I may have forgot some! I have edited my recorded raw footage in a synthetic way to show you the sequential change in Order 66 scene in star wars games. Enjoy!
Channel description
BbyZone is a channel that provides unique videos, game mods, high quality guides, easter eggs, tips & tricks, and playthrough of video games. I help entertain & educate my viewers through my unique videos, game mods and walkthrough footages which are all recorded and edited by me. I have written permission from the publisher for the games I cover.
We all know the depiction of Order 66 in Lego Star Wars was by far the most dramatic.

Basically the clone wars' Captain Rex
I like the first game where the clones at least apologized and showed a little bit of emotion before executing the order
Terra Novei In the new canon all clones had inhibitor chips in their brains with all the orders that they were programmed to follow without questioning. Episode 3 the game is non canon which showed the clones displaying emotion while executing order 66. The new canon is more reasonable in explaining why the clones gunned down their Jedi generals with little to no regret because they can’t resist despite all the close connections and times they spend with their leaders. I liked the old cannon because the clones who resisted order 66 did it out of sheer respect and morality for the Jedi. There’s even a non canon story of a clone commando who had a child with a Jedi and he refused order 66.
@@tomasacevedo3932 Which story was that?
@@yunarukam-bae8944 That would be the Republic Commando novel series, I believe.
Same
yep. the biochip retcon is retarded. Soldiers follow orders, usually without question. It makes sense for the clones to carry out this order willingly, especially since most of the Jedi Generals were terrible, so a lot of batallions were probably more than glad to purge the order and get some actual command.
Fallen Order's Order 66 hurt more considering Cal was good friends with them
So true

Some Jedi were very close to their clones. Like Cody and Kenobi. In "Legends" Cody couldn't live with himself for betraying Kenobi.

It still surprises me that the clone in the beginning said: "I'm sorry, sir," before continuing on. As if they regretted the order.
back then they did, but orders were orders and the Jedi had betrayed the Republic. Those clones didn't know HOw Obi wan had betrayed them, but he had to die for his treason. There were no inhibitor chips then just SS levels of obedience the Clones were trained to carry out.
Many clones did regret 66.
One aspect of the chip rendition in canon was a few clones did regret the action itself as they felt it was out of their control, such as the one that helped Kanan Jarrus early on

"During the waiting hours of the clone wars we were sent back to couransant...
We all knew what was about to happen, what we was about to do"
Apparently in Fallen Order, the clones ALSO forget how to aim when Order 66 is executed
Yeah it's because the imperial are stupid, so when the clone became imperial they became stupid
One guy came with a theory that the inibidor chips put the clones back into "factory setting", as a side effect of the clones forgetting everything associated to the Jedi so they can fulfill the order. Many of them improved their accuracy and tactical observations under a jedi general's supervision, and when Order 66 was called, it wiped essencially all information and battles they had together.
So yea. Order 66 stupidified them
They got Jaro Tapal tho

It’d be cool if there was a game or something about a Jedi or a Padawan who survives the purge because they were separated from the rest of the Republic Army. They still believe the Clone Wars is ongoing and aren’t aware of the collapse of the Republic and the rise of the Empire. Like one of those Japanese Soldiers who kept fighting until the 1970s. Imagine something like this, but in Star Wars: a Japanese Soldier named Hiroo Onoda was stationed on the small Filipino island of Lubang since 1944, he was told: You are absolutely forbidden to die by your own hand, as long as you have a single soldier under your command you will keep fighting. You may have to live off of coconuts, if so you WILL live off of coconuts! It may take us 3 years it may take 5 years but we will come back for you! That was his final radio transmission from command he received. He kept fighting the war for 29 years and 3 months, he was the sole survivor of his squad after they were killed by police in a shootout in the 1950s. He surrendered in 1974, returned to Japan in 1974 and died in 2014.
There is a legends comic about a clone who does the same thing
On an uninhabited planet in the outer rim an attack is made on a separatist base commanded by a tactical droid commander. A Jedi is separated from it's squadron of clones but the droids are too much so the Jedi holds the line so that the clones could make a retreat leaving the Jedi for dead. Order 66 is given and the clones consider it already accomplished and receive new orders to not take the base and head back to the inner worlds. But what they didn't know was that the Jedi continued fighting until he could make his escape and survived. When the droid shutdown codes were given the tactical droid commander believed it to be a trick from the republic and denied it. It takes many months for the lone Jedi to take the base but eventually does, Years later when scavengers come to the planet to find him oh but that's a story for another time.
That's literally all of them that survive order 66. The empire never really stops hunting Jedi

2025: 5 more padawans survived order 66
2035: 200 Jedis survived order 66 in comics and games side stories
2100: Star Wars episode 69: all Jedis survived Order 66
The Clone Wars was a conflict that spanned the entire galaxy across hundreds of planets, and across those hundreds of worlds were probably thousands of Jedi. And let's not forget they can literally see the future and telepathically communicate with eachother on some level. It would be ludicrously improbable if there _weren't_ survivors.
Also, the Clones were given no forewarning or preparation for Order 66. They were already involved in their routine and fighting the Separatists, they had no choice but to impulsively murder any Jedi they could get their hands on at the moment the order was given, meaning even less assurance they could stop the Jedi from slipping through the cracks.
Considering how the Jedi lost the majority of their masters, pretty much all their younglings, their temple, their leaders, and the support of the people in _a day_ , Order 66 was an extreme success.
Leider Hosen sorry I meant the comics and shows and games showing individual jedis that survived
It's EU now, but there is a statement in a book or comic that mentions just under 200 jedi survived Order 66 and were still alive when the New republic came to power so 3-5 years after ROTJ. Mostly Padawans, but there were a few Knights and even a couple Masters. Although i don't count one of those Masters cause its a literal housecat and he spends 5 years hibernating or some such nonsense.
2169: Star Wars episode 91: pedophile anakin did not just kill the younglings and the cloni bois killed emperor prune face
Well if there weren’t survivors the whole inquisitors and Jedi hunting thing Vader does would make no sense at all so of course we need survivors

I personally love Fallen Order's depiction of Order 66. It was so sudden, and to Young Cal, so terrifying. To him, the Clones must've seemed like cool older brothers and stuff, especially since he high fives one of them. To watch as one turns his gun on his Master, and then watch as his Master kills the Clone, it must've been traumatic as hell. Not just his Master's death, but all the Clones he thought were his "Big Brothers".

Why did playing as anakin make you feel better? Lmao
Because Anakin is pretty messed up in the head at that point, so it's easier to understand his actions. The Clones, by comparison, are following orders, but they are orders they don't agree with, and on top of that, the Clones don't have a choice in the matter. They have been forced to make an impossible decision, Kill the Jedi or it's treason against the Republic.

It doesn't need shit, it's still a great game to play
@@ugiustuskeiserus8066 its very ugly and outdated compared to how good it can be re made these days , definitely one of my favorite ps2 games, it deserves it. If you don't think so, well, i really don't give 2 shits about what you think, i want it.
Nah it don’t need fallen order combat, the combat system in the game itself is already very smooth and satisfying, graphics though sure
1:34 was that terry crews shouting “POWER!”
0:23 *Clones on transport aim at Obi-Wan*
0:27 Nah forget it! Let's just shoot him with the canon!
One of the troopers on the transport: Why did we even tell him that we're going to kill him?
Cal's master makes many references to Vader
In Elite Squadron, what I find amazing is that x2 does not have a chip in his brain. He really believed that the Jedi were traitors at the beginning
Final Soviet Union leader: hey do this
Kazakhstan Ukraine and others: 0:20
7:15 Proof that, even in 2019, these guys still can’t aim.
ik watching that made me wanna die
Im guessing they just used the Stormtrooper's AI because Clones barely miss
Clones usually hit their shots, Stormtroopers on the other hand, never hit a shot
They were probably shitting their pants. How can you shoot straight when a Jedi comes at you with no fear.
@@novabbe4627The opposite
I think that’s one of my favourite things about Fallen Order was how adeptly it showed the trauma and confusion it had on the younglings and padawans who survived!
Children who had only every known peace of Coruscant, clones as friends and compatriots and not have the need to hide away their sensitivity to the force and then have that world twisted and warped into a living nightmare
Fallen Order really got me crying in the club rn 😢
Lego Star Wars Ver. Comes in
Now that's an epic gamer moment
When you order a McDonald’s happy meal and they said on the intercom “order 66”
Cal: rages and taps into the 4th wall.
Clone troopers: 144 HD
The battlefront 2 cutscene gives me chills every time
