Well thought out review. Definitely engaging but seemed the spoiler section kinda dragged it down. The spoiler talk was still really good, but I think it would been better cut down to keep the pace going. You should definitely save those talking points for a video essay, It just felt like a little too much information to go over in a review. I want to argue that Peach was less Girlboss, and more regular boss. She was the Leader type that was taking Bowser as a threat very seriously, despite the fact that this movie was trying to make him out as a joke at every chance. This serious demeanor sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the rest of the Mario Movie's wacky and fun vibe. I don't think this was really much of a bad idea, as there could've been a lot of potential with it but unfortunately, this is just another missed opportunity to add to the pile. As is I didn't mind the portrayal but It's really no surprise that people were quick to this point out and try to twist it as a character assassination.
