The Naturepedic EOS is available in 3 different types, Classic, Pillow top, and Trilux. We tested the pillowtop version.
The Naturepedic EOS pillow top mattress is a 15″ latex hybrid with a wide range of custom materials and firmnesses. Depending on which layers you select during ordering, you may receive a drastically different feel.
In our tests, this mattress did exceedingly in all but one test, motion transfer, where the performance was less-than-great. The EOS mattress outperforms or ties even our highest-scoring latex hybrid (the Saatva Latex Hybrid) in 4 out of our 8 scoring tests.
The primary selling point for the EOS is the incredible level of customization. There are 5 different firmness options and the ability to get an internal split firmness on the Queen, King, and Cal King sizes.
This allows each sleeper to get the precise feel that works best for their body.
Lastly, the material quality on the EOS simply cannot be overstated. This is an incredibly high quality and durable mattress. Nevertheless, it’s also incredibly expensive. As a result, it’s not the best value mattress, but if the customization and organic materials are critical then the EOS remains a good option.

Great review. Very thourough! Just purchased the Naturepedic Halcyon Arcadia. Can't seem to find any reviews but after trying it out in the store, it was the most comfortable mattress I have tried in the last 6 months of searching. Would love to see a NapLab review.
